Oh man, this guy.
On top of all that, he has these long ass lists of characters he wishes to see blue skinned/invisible/etc. and goes around badgering people to draw it for him. I know this because he begged me to draw some bitch from Love Live but with blue skin. God knows why he asked me because my 'art' consists of nothing but shitposts, but he's still watching me regardless.
If the new layout didn't suck so much I'd be able to find the conversation I had with him to show it here, though his poor English skills kept him from saying anything too interesting.
