From the modern series? Not much of surprise, ever since the English dub began to be aired the Doraemon weird outside of Pixiv has grown in numbers.
There used to be a character in the classic series whose gimmick was to turn into a fire-spitting werewolf, though, so this should not be new for DeviantArt standards.
