Since everyone is throwing their two cents regarding the Nigel ban: totally unwarranted. Whatever Nigel did kickstarted something that is irreversible within the DSPverse that’s going to produce (already has) huge amounts of entertainment.

Phil being kicked out of two guilds in two days then pathetically starting his own is priceless and none of this would have been possible without Nigel’s actions.

The rules are very nebulous on the Farms when it comes to neghole pozzing. Although it’s explicitly banned, so many actions that are considered poo pouching are sanctioned while others aren’t.

From my understanding, if you conduct gay ops and they get reported on the Farms, fine. But if the intent is to start some gay ops/ pop touching with the specific goal of being declared on the Farms first, it’s a no-no.

And that’s what I’m having issues with here: if Nigel had kept this doxx within the confines of discord or a third party then reported on the Farms, it would have been okayed. But since it seems this doxx was intentionally started and created to be put specifically on the Farms, he got banned for it.

I think his ban is unnecessary. Nigel has been proven key in providing visibility to the spectacular cadre of autism that vortexes around DSP and we’ve now lost that asset.

About a week ago I spent some time searching for an invite link to enter the Uselessness Discord group. In my search, I found the Discord ID for the leader of Uselessness (BigRedStu) on Reddit. I made a lackluster attempt to enter the group, but bailed when I discovered I would certainly fail the required entrance forms. A couple of days ago Nigel of UKIP asked if anyone had the ID for the leader of Uselessness so I sent the ID his way, thinking he was also doing investigative work to get into the group. A few hours later BigRedStu was doxed, and I partly aided in the efforts without knowing. Since BigRedStu was likely about to be sent a ton of messages soon, I took possibly the last opportunity to ask the leader of Uselessness for an invite. After some persuading he allowed me in for a short time. I asked for one hour, but he said I can have three minutes. After about five minutes I was kicked from the group. BigRedStu said it wasn't him, likely it was a moderator in the group since I didn't respond to a ping message to fill out the entrance form. I got a few screenshots and some footage, but nothing too interesting. I didn't have time to download the chat logs or the members list.

Not long after being kicked, I received another message from BigRedStu asking me what my involvement was in his doxing on Kiwi Farms, as he inferred from the messages he had just received that it occurred. I told him I had no involvement and was only there to learn the truth about whether the TheyCallMeDSP#4058 in his group is the TheyCallMeDSP#4058 from the secret mod Discord recent leaks. He said he'd allow me back into the Uselessness group if I put him in contact with Nigel of UKIP. So I messaged Nigel on here and asked him if he would mind coming over to Discord to have a chat with BigRedStu, since it might allow me back into the group for me to download the remaining data. I set up a group DM, but BigRedStu created his own and I was added into a group with Nigel and some other DSP detractor account I didn't recognize. I assume the other DSP detractor also messaged BigRedStu so he was also added. They had a bit of a row for about an hour or so, and then BigRedStu said he needed to sleep. He did come to agree with our theory about DSP by the end, and was pretty agreeable all things considered, seeing as he was just doxed. I thought maybe there's a chance he might allow me into the group again tomorrow.

The following morning, I receive a message from BigRedStu saying "go have your fun with someone else's private life and family", and then he left the group DM. A few hours later, Null stated that Nigel of UKIP has been banned from Kiwi Farms for extortion. Nigel asked me to ask the mods here what the reason for this was, and I was asked to relay my story to Null. I also sent a message to BigRedStu asking him to clarify something he said in a message about removing his dox from the website - "I was promised they'd take it down but it wasn't". BigRedStu sent me a screenshot between him and the other DSP detractor who was in the group DM (InteriorInferior), with the message reading "I'll get Nigel to take down the info". From what I surmise, BigRedStu might have contacted Null saying he was threatened to allow others into his Uselessness group on the condition his dox was removed. But somehow Nigel got blamed for this. Otherwise it might be to do with something else that was said, I assume.

That's the summary of the previous few days and my involvement. Sorry it's so long. I didn't want to post this initially until I was certain I couldn't enter Uselessness again. Since DSP has moved ship, and Nigel has been banned and people are speculating why, I need to write this to dispel any confusion. BigRedStu sent me a screenshot not long after Nigel was banned which was a hit and run message by tzgnilki cryptically saying "I think you started something you can't stop". When BigRedStu asked what was meant by this, tzgnilki did not respond. I forwarded the screenshot to Nigel because he was confused as to who might be responsible for his ban. Later, tzgnilki roasts me for sending it when she found Nigel posted his DM screenshots on Twitter. I don't see how I'm the jerk for sending on something odd expressed by someone to someone else, when it might have some connection to events that are transpiring. The message by tzgnilki is shortly after Nigel's ban, but I was frazzled from juggling like six different chats. That's about all I know minus details. If you have questions send me a DM. A few of us are continuing to work on proving the TheyCallMeDSP#4058 from the Uselessness Discord and TheyCallMeDSP#4058 from the secret mod Discord are the same. I'll post the few things I got from my minutes inside Uselessness below. Personally I don't think it's such a good thing Phil is now in a different server. It doesn't benefit us since there is no mole in there, no link to the Discord.

If Nancy's job was just to find assets and maximize return from them to creditors, she actually did that. She represented the bankruptcy estate (not Phil himself). Well, he literally didn't have assets.

It's kind of up to the creditors themselves to bring up any objections they have to the discharge, though. It's obvious Phil was lying about his expenses and could have easily paid his debts. Apparently every single creditor (without a security interest) was completely asleep at the wheel and didn't do anything.

As much as the result sucked, it wasn't Nancy's fault, or even Dore's fault. It was the fault of the idiots who get bailed out every time they go bankrupt (scumbag companies like Citi) because they care this little about their money, which is often YOUR money too. Who can even blame a pigroach for being a pigroach when our society rewards this behavior?

What's weird to me is how salty People are that Phil got some of his debt wiped when until he actually declared bankruptcy the common consensus was he had to at least be breaking even or hoarding money because it should have been impossible for him to go into debt

Even if Phil had talked about kiting cards before most of us assumed he had to be bullshitting at least a little.

Like, I at least figured there was no way Phil was stupid enough to put his taxes on credit and then only pay minimums.
