I still don't understand why people still believe her. She provided as much proof as Phil, but because Phil is Phil people chose to believe her.

I believe neither. Both are full of shit unless they prove otherwise.

Everyone keeps shielding her with 'SHE HAS AN NDA!', but she's already disclosed SO much. We know who she is without a doubt, she made it perfectly clear that she was hired by Phil and she also gave details about her outing. How the fuck didn't she break the NDA already?

Same thing with yesterday's 'podcast'. She''s been egging on Vidar and BSV to call her, she gets invited on a stream and... not even a 'Hi, I'm not my detractor husband'. Nothing. She makes an excuse that makes no sense, how would things get twisted in front of that many users, WTF? And then everyone starts shielding her with 'She has an NDA!' 'She made a previous arrangement with another podcast!'.... yeah, but she's also been demanding a call with Vidar and BSV.

Her story grows flimsier by the moment, but everyone is so desperate for it to be true that they'll look at every possible angle to sustain her claims.
 
In most jurisdictions, contracts for prostitution are legally unenforceable on the grounds of public morality.

I can't be fucked to find out where DSP lives, but given the above, maybe folks could cool with the insistence that this girl can just sue him for the money he owes her. She probably can't. This is why sex workers usually resort to alternative methods to collect their debts.

I'll reply to this with a bit of a breakdown because other people might find it useful, I think the story got the biggest attention over a few things:
  • DSPs initial story about his girlfriend was wildly inconsistent
    • Claimed to be lonely and a bachelor for several months and then suddenly had a girlfriend he met in the summer who was his "soulmate"
    • Has an entire room filled with his exgirlfriends stuff
    • Has a panda plushie on his sofa (that's his ex girlfriends)
    • Spends hours every prestream talking about his breakup despite saying he never would
    • Kept talking about his mystery girlfriend despite being told by his own fans to stop doing it
    • Put a photo of her up on Instagram to show her off
    • Sent a framed photo of himself and the "mystery girlfriend" to his parents as a Christmas present
    • Variously claims that he wants her to move in, that she's his soulmate and then that things are "on hold" because of his backtaxes situation.
    • Extremely inconsistent backstory about his "soulmate" and his stated reasons he loves her primarily consist of her cooking and cleaning for him and also getting a job so she can help with his bills.
  • DSPs initial reactions and strange behavior (keep in mind people watch him 24/7 so if they notice something is off its not like its just some random dudes opinion on it)
  • BSV trying to sockpuppet and argue the escort was fake because she had a child recently (he got discovered because he kept talking about children)
  • BSV acting autistic as fuck about the entire thing and trying to derail the conversation repeatedly as well as revealing his intentions to try and dox the escort so he could harass her IRL.
  • KGhaleon claiming he had made contact with the escort and that she knew nothing about the entire thing and that the business was run by her husband
    • KGhaleon then literally actually claimed that the best explanation is that the escort's husband is a detractor
    • Its since been revealed that he likely called an out of date number and actually spoke to some random person in the Netherlands
    • He's been asked repeatedly to provide the number or any more information but has refused and has since changed his story from "the escorts husband is a detractor" to "i dont care if dsp hires escorts!"
  • DSP and his mod crew banning anyone mentioning kimberlie, escorts, brownies and basically anything at all
  • On top of all this, DSP's current financial situation has raise the most questions and is probably where this story is a very plausible missing puzzle piece for many
    • Constantly spends money he doesn't have
    • Constantly cries that he doesn't have enough money
    • Reveals he has impending financial doom in September and then waits an entire month or two to actually start cutting down on his bills (he cut down about $500 worth of shit)
    • Says he won't rent his empty condo that he continues to pay fees/bank loans for in CT because it'd only make $5-800 a month
    • Says all this shit, while he has a new car in his garage (the last car was a BMW that he never changed the oil for in 3 years and according to calculations some people made he was paying about $5 a mile or some ludicrous figure because of how expensive it was)
    • Moved across the country despite being told it was a dumb idea
    • Moved into a huge house in an area with bad internet (which means he has to pay a fortune for his internet access)
    • Won't reveal how much his backtaxes are
    • Bans anyone who questions how much his backtaxes are
    • Does a fundraiser for himself to pay his backtaxes at a very convenient time with the mysterywoman story
  • Constant butthurt and sperging about the situation from literally every angle which just makes it funnier and more interesting to discuss
    • DSP butthurt
    • BSV butthurt
    • KGhaleon butthurt
    • DSP fanclub butthurt
    • Kiwifarms butthurt
    • Ex-SoK faggots butthurt
    • Other forums butthurt
So I can accept that people see her side as flimsy, but she has managed to remain far more consistent than DSP has about anything, ever. It's also important that the comedy of the situation is noted because @BSV, the Norwegian butler, got made fun of by a Dutch escort over the internet and called a cuck for unknowingly paying for her services and not even getting laid in the process:

DSP's fans own explanations about mysterywoman saga are:
  • She's a catfish account
  • She's an actual escort who is a detractor
  • Her husband is a detractor and she's an unwilling participant in all of this!
  • Someone managed to hack into all her accounts (thereby somehow fooling all of Google and Twitter's protections) and that person miraculously speaks Dutch perfectly and can explain things fairly well about herself as well as about the situation
  • "I don't care if DSP hires escorts!"

BSV's quotes from this entire situation alone are monumentally comedic (there are a lot more but these are the best so far):
  • "It doesn't matter what phil says without evidence. He don't need it."
  • "I can't insult her. Because it isn't her. haha."
Even if by some miracle this turns out to be a ruse cruise (and I've done my own research and my own attempts to flush out potential endgames by MW) it still leaves questions unanswered from DSP:
  • Who exactly is his mystery redhead girlfriend who suddenly turned up exactly when he was getting a ton of shit from his own fans about how needlessly big his house was just for him
  • Why or how did DSP manage to pay for airfares and other things to fly his girlfriend over and go on repeated shopping trips etc despite being in financial peril that he had known about for some time?
  • How come DSP is so extremely resistant to selling his CT condo (which he can't do now but could have done a long time ago) and not downsizing from his current lifestyle?

Yeah, telling people to completely drop all of this because you're focusing on one part and ignoring the other is totally nothing.or maybe telling everybody that believing this makes people on here no different than the sok. Get real. Both james and txt are old enough to defend themselves. Have them actually discuss what they have to say here instead of their twitter safe space. What was said on Twitter was regarding bsv subbing to txt on twitch and having to use bsv to stay relevant. Don't like it? Not my problem

I don't think anyone is likely to use Vidar to gain subs or relevance. Far more likely to lose both given most people dislike the guy. You are correct though in saying someone is gaining relevance and fame through a podcast, it's just not TXT.

It's clear you are heavily invested in your narrative, even expressing 100% certainly in previous posts. Only a fool would walk away from a 100% certain opportunity. But I don't think you'll take the bet, as - much like DSP - you know at a subconscious level that you have serious doubts, just as if I asked DSP to put money down on his claim that he's a good fighting game player.

I came here because of my background with patients suffering from NPD, and I figured other posters were here for the same reason: To observe and discuss one of the rare my-life-is-an-open-book accounts of NPD. I didn't come here to see NPD symptoms being present in the actual posters here. Prove you're not just another embodiment of DSP's mentality and take the bet.

He's made more than enough money to pay her. You're definitely not going to see any hard proof now. Sorry to say. There's a reason why I've only stuck my neck so far as to verify it's an actual escort and the one she claims to be. I've been saying for a week at this point that he'd probably get the money to pay her based on the success of his fundraising.

Not to say I'm surprised you'd so quickly reject the bet - I know you - at a subconscious level - don't believe what you say, just as DSP does with his trash-talking vs. evading the situations in which he could prove the content of his trash talking.

I worked with cognitive dissonance for several years and can tell when a person is talking up his own delusions in place of actual reality. The fact that you didn't take the bet calls for some reflection on your part. If you're not yet to DSP's level, there is yet some time to save yourself from the downward spiral that is doubling down on a fantasy.

You and DSP have quite a lot in common. I can't remember the last time I've made someone so butthurt unintentionally. Oh yes I can: The first and last time I was in DSP's chat I was instantly permabanned after asking when he will start playing the game (during the pre-stream).

Once you're done releasing your pent-up personal issues here, consider a mod position with DSP.
