Here's another relevant message from the leaks, where he admits there are years he doesn't remember due to his xanax addiction. It's great for sleeping....and just forgetting.

Curious to know how much time he spends pillstreaming and in a total blackout these days, but my feeling is that answer is ‘a lot’. The very elite tier alkies have a hard time when it comes to viable pregnancies. Add a few bars of xannies a day into the mix, and you get a bunch of sad and deformed swimmers lurching unevenly through the muck, much like the genetic mishaps at the end of Tod Browning’s Freaks.

Ralph can certainly keep trying out of spite, but I think he’s well past that point. Not saying severe alcoholics are never able to get women pregnant, but it’s not easy. The spite might help, though. Tough to say.

I’d rather he continue to pass out in a corner of Casa Verde surrounded by empty cans of Modelo, as opposed to molesting the horse live on air while his kid screams in the background. Fingers crossed that he’s used up, ‘cause shit’s bleak.
 
And here I thought Ralph had an eating disorder. What a relief—I don’t know if he could survive to lose another pound!
