In the shadow of companies such as Hololive and Nijisanji there exist a number of smaller VTuber agencies all over the world. Some have established a niche and are still around to this day. The ones discussed in this thread are unfortunately not one of those success stories.

EIEN Project

EIEN Project was a US-based agency whose talents livestreamed on Youtube on English as their primary language. Its stated missionwas " to spread Entertainment In Everlasting Narrations across the globe" (hence the EIEN acronym).

Founded by two VTubers the agency launched in February 2023, debuted two generations of idols and would close in November 2024.

Upon closing it released a statement responding to accusations of failure to complete contracts, casting of blame and accusations of favoritism. EIEN defended their conduct, affirmed everyone had part on their journey and said they showed no favoritism.

Idol List:
Kiki Lockheart
Kilia Kurayami
Skye Shinryu
Riifu Evergreen
Zumi Dokumi
Mirri Saffire
Blaise Shinryu

VReverie

VReverie was a English Vtuber agencty based out of Singapore. It debuted its first idol in February 2021 and would have a few more work for it for the next couple years.

It had a number of controversies attached to it.VReverie's management was criticized by its audience for failures to deliver merchandise. By 2023 a third of the group's members had graduated (with more to come in 2024) and while the talents were not allowed to discuss their reasons for graduation, a common pattern was that talents described experiencing significant stress. It also showed disrespect toward graduated talents by using their social media accounts for VReverie's own purposes.

In December 2024, VReverie announced its closure would be effective immediately.

Idol List:
Hotaru Iora
Nova Aokami
Ophelia Midnight
Lilrya Prisvielle
Cheri Lupina
Rana Ianna
Erika Byakko
Akiko Sushi
Salmon Lordette
Arial Yuriko
Estella Starfall
Furi Ferntail
Kamiko Rinona
Scarlett Flameheart

Note
The agencies are two out of over a dozen of others that have shut down or disbanded. Most have pretty mundane and financial reasons for shutting down but others have more issues attached to them which may explain why they are no longer around. If anyone in this thread has any requests for agencies that should be added to the original post I welcome you to bring them up.

Who can forget Tsunderia and its status as EN's 1st vtuber agency? Pretty much everyone. A few of the girls joined phase connect, Lisa ended up crashing Idol into a Brave buyout. It was poorly managed liked the others.

I think Idol corp did superwell, aviel managed a buyout just in time for his girls to ruin the company with their drama.

Is it me or all the Tsunderia girls ended up in relatively good places? there was talent in those girls

Lumi was the star of CyberLive and I am glad she transitioned to Phase with zero issues. Granted, she was always adjacent before joining Phase.
