What.. even is the game about? DRG, but rogue lite? It's another case of WII/WIIU. Nobody can fucking tell the difference and they're not distinct enough to carry in non-name means.

this has to be because of GSG devs sitting in discord echochambers all day, being fed toxic positivity from trannies and faggot youtubers like sniss instead of getting actual feedback.
out of the three main mechanics (shoot, explore, mine) they focus on one and add a FOTM mechanic that's half baked.
making DRG2 would have been such a safe bet, get another team to make your rogueslop like they did with drg:survivor
I'm glad I held off on buying until the reviews came in. Rogue Core looks looks like it needed another 2 years of development minimum
Hopefully the game gets better with time. I remember Deep Rock Galactic never started out like it is now, it was a bare bones game that only had the morkite mission and no space rig if I recall correctly. Eventually it became the game it currently is. Hopefully Rogue Core follows the same path
This game hasn't been good since 2022. Ever since Rockpox, the worst update, their output over time has been abysmal. I have no idea how people continued to defend GSG after they dedicated two whole seasons to gameplay that revolves around covering surfaces with foam and then sweeping up the foam like a janny.
April, 2022: Season 2, the last good update.
November, 2022: Season 3.
June, 2023: Season 4
November, 2024: Season 5
January, 2026: Season 6
There is a 14 month difference between the last two updates. I haven't seen any of the new content since Season 4, but I already know it revolves around carrying things and holding E while staring at some retarded device. When will people realize that Embracer being in charge of anything is a huge red flag?
Mod for DRG:Rogue Core to change all classes to male. Voices are changed for all players in the lobby, faces are changed only for host (others still see default female faces).
