Honestly not sure how the "you have metal detectors in your schools" is an own when we have them in our schools for the same reason you guys have beheadings and murders, and thats having to be around non-whites. I work with the public on occasion and i still get caught off guard by the "Chinese" teenage girl who has a thicker accent than i do or the black young lad carrying a hurl and sliotar around. I'm friends with a woman who manages camogie for a few underage teams and she frequently has to get the girls whose parents are Eastern European to spell out their surnames for her despite these girls having the thickest bogger accents you'll ever hear. There's a young woman who hotdesks in my office a few days a week who has to translate official documents for her parents anytime she visits them who is currently attempting to get on the property ladder with her fiance (you know, like pretty much every young person in their 20s/30s in Ireland)

It only takes a generation for people to naturalize and then the problems that Paddy has will be their problems as well so they will vote for the same politicians he would.
