I'm pretty sure quantum physics is the model that's bullshit because it doesn't make any god damn fucking sense and the only plausible explanations are that the information is incomplete or we're living in a simulation. But that aside, any generalization is necessarily inaccurate and as such something is only true insofar as it is useful in application, and in that regard both models are facilitating plenty so they're probably fine for what they are.
 
The Standard Model seems to work Well Enough(™️) at roughly the scale of the solar system but kinda just shits the bed at the scale of galactic structures and beyond.
Duh. It’s a way to reduce the simulation overhead. There is no need to render every atom for objects where the distance is measured in light-years.
 
We can find out if we put a Sonichu medallion in the Large Hadron Collider.
