According to @demicolon and @Slap47 criminalizing lolicon will cause the forum to shut down because malicious actors will spam lolicon to get the site shut down.

This is incredibly untrue because the forum has already experienced actual CSAM spam and survived. Demicolon claims that with lolicon it will be different because of how much easier it is to obtain (o algo).

I feel like if you hate this site enough to want it shut down you are also deranged and insane enough to get your hands on actual CP.
The thing about the niggerfurfaggot is that not just was he a cp spammer, but he was INSANELY dedicated to his craft. He would spend his own money to use valid user IPs, he would edit the csam so it wouldn't get hashed and banned, he would break into old accounts so he could claw his way into here, he would do this shit 24/7 without break.

Besides, the legality of something shouldn't hinge on whether or not it inconveniences an internet forum.

Back when i was a moderator in a forum, we constantly had to ban loliniggers because they would keep posting lolicon and cloudflare really disliked it

Regardless of it being illegal, against TOS or whatever, allowing lolicon posting gives the community a bad look. Nobody (except perverts) stand to lose anything by not having cartoon children sexualized barred from the premises
