It happens constantly and there were underage girls who did get pregnant and had to either get an abortion, early morning pill, or became an early mother. The internet just made everyone turn straight up retarded whenever the word "minor" is bandied about. A more realistic view of teenagers is that a lot if not most of them are stupid hormonal apes with low impulse control so as a group they'll inevitably be drawn to things like sex, booze, drugs, reckless driving, etc. like moths to a flame. Not innocent little angels, but impulsive retards who are more than capable of being malicious. As to what "we" should do, unless you're their parent you shouldn't get involved and even if you are their parent and tried to raise them right, you'll never be able to save someone who's truly determined to be a waste of space from the consequences of their own actions.

While that is true, I do think we still have to take into consideration that they're still mentally children. So, I don't think parents should give up on them unless they're well and truly adults capable of making their own choices. Teenagers are bound to make stupid mistakes; it's the duty of an adult to remedy those mistakes.

It varies, but after a certain point a lost cause is a lost cause no matter how regrettable it is. If someone's already into things like drugs, theft, vandalism, various other crimes, etc. at say, 15 or 16, that'll likely be a lifelong issue to some extent or another and no amount of wanting/trying to fix it as a parent will guarantee that you'll ever get them to stop being a shitheel even 10-20+ years down the line. Of course the impulse is to assume you could've prevented it or that there's always one more thing you can try out of shame/guilt/desperation, but you will fail over and over again no matter what you do.

There's too much stock put into the idea that they haven't fully grown up yet because when a bad enough precedent is set at a young enough age and persists for a long enough time they're never going to suddenly mature into anything worthwhile or redeemable. The few who manage it are outliers.
 
Show them documentaries about pornstars trying to get their shit together.
Also chores, time out and extra homework.

Its a tell tale of marxism and leftism in general to concern troll about pedophilia in an attempt to normalize it. The only relevant question to be asked about an individual account doing it is, is the account holder a pedophile that wants to fuck kids or a marxist that wants to normalize teen pregnancy to increase heads to dilute debt on
