Ya know, as much as I love edgelord racism for its own sake, being actually sincere in believing that certain demographics would magically evolve to be smarter over the span of a mere few thousand years is as autistic as any SJW shit.
I mean first things first, black africans spent thousands of yeras in a diseased/scorching/diseased and scorching shithole surrounded by animals that were far stronger, faster, and generally deadlier than they could ever be. In a continent where not memorising the nature of thousands of dangrous animals/plants/natural phenomena meant painful death, and not being smart enough to trap the various beasties for food meant starvation, why in tarnation would they magically evolve to be dumber?

Funnily enough folks who statistically tend to be better fed, better educated, more comfortable and more motivated tend to do better on standardised tests than those who are not.
