I know I missed out a couple details (been playing some new vidya I got), but holy mackerel shit. This situation is escalating rather quickly, and I feel like it's going to end in tragedy...but maybe I'm looking too close into it.

If your idea of tragedy is Commander Stryker losing access to his weed then yes, tragedy awaits our fallen marine hero.

We totally need a Makarov emoticon!
I'm not really sure who he is, but how's this shit?

Based on my 5 second google search that yielded

It is warming up and insects could be looking for new spring homes- it's that situation around my house. So maybe two or three bees have buzzed through an open window. Wasps often nest and overwinter on the outside of houses.

Or maybe he's found some stashed (hallcinogenic) drug in his room to observe Deagle Nation 4/20?

Most likely, it's probably all in his head and Jace feels a need to create a Crucial Danger Situation for himself.

It was all in his head. His latest tweets were that he was hallucinating. And it wasn't weed he was blazing, it was something else.

17 pixels high is the standard emoticon size here, very few get added that are bigger than that.

Here's mine. I tried making one from scratch, but it really didn't look good. So I took yours and refined it a bit, I added some hair, rejigged the colors a bit, lightened and darkened some of the face to be more fitting with his facial hair. But I think it looks awesome. What's the next step towards making it "official" so to speak?

I do like what you did with the hair, I didn't really like my initial attempt at the spiking so I just made it flat. Odds are it will never actually be official, but there is a smiley suggestion thread in the Cwcki Forum forum.

Gail is a conservative Christian and probably doesn't believe in therapy, right? That's why she will try to handle this herself. She doesn't "believe" in therapy. So Jace will never get better, and she will deal with this for the rest of her life. Depressing.

Jace mentions visiting a therapist several times, and one of the reasons Gail refused to let him back in the house was because he wasn't taking his medication. I hate to correct people, but jumping to conclusions like that, just because Gail happens to be Christian, is a bit extreme.

The therapist may be his pastor, according to the wiki.

No. The therapist and the pastor are two different people. In the last live stream Jace also mentioned his hatred for his "therapist" (mostly due to the medication he prescribed to him which Jace threw away in favor of smoking more cannabis) after admitting his hatred for his pastor.

Must be more than a therapist if they are prescribing stuff for him.

Just because someone is a conservative Christian does not mean they are an ignorant mouth breathing Luddite. I've seen no evidence that Gail is a Christian Scientist or one of those other sects that don't believe in therapy and things that actually work. We know Jace has been sent to professional help in the past because he specifically mentions his refusal to take his prescribed medication, and priests are not allowed to make prescriptions.

I think it's her fear for Jace, and not any religious motive, that keeps her from seeking more professional help for him right now. She does not want to see him incarcerated or harmed somehow by bringing him to the attention of secular authority, so she turned to the only other option she sees: the church. While Pastor Faggot is nowhere near as likely to successfully help Jace as a trained therapist or doctor, he probably has ecclesiastical privilege and is less likely to bring Jace to the attention of the police and courts.

Jace's mom doesn't seem to understand that it would be much better for Jace in the long run if he or she were to seek professional help voluntarily. Things will be much worse for him if they let things go to where government authorities become aware of his activities all on their own.

I don't think she would have waited this long to involve police. This isn't the first time he's sperged out like this, he's literally been doing this on and off for two months or so.

Take her history: she sent him to Jesus Camp instead of sending him to rehab (which could have actually made a difference), she burned his weed instead of report it to the police, etc... there have been a million good opportunities and reasons for her to get official help involved, but she hasn't taken any of them, and given the amount of police attention his activities should have attracted so far, I think she's actively shielding him from law enforcement. I think one part of her understands that if she actually asked for help from police, Jace would get put away forever, either in the legal system or in some sort of mental health facility.

This is all ignoring the bigger problem, which is that if police bust down anything, Jace is going to parkour at them "duel-wielding" BudK tactical throwing knives and possibly get killed, or at the very least injured.

He had a factory-condition beige Toyota Corolla (which he claimed was "customized") that he totaled in a DUI accident sometime in early 2013.

Well, the thing is, Jace isn't a troubled teen. He's 20 at the youngest, 22 at the oldest. So none of this is really applicable anyway. He's a legal adult with all the rights that entails (save for those that got taken away from his felony charge)
Wait, Jace has a criminal record with a felony charge? Is there an article in the wiki about that yet? I'm not questioning you as to whether this is fact, but I'm just curious as to what felony he committed. If this is true, I wonder if he realizes the full extent how a felony can turn your life around. Finding decent employment ( even if say he were to get a degree *cough*notgonnahappen* Cough). Still if it was a felony..... Damn.

As far as I know he's never been convicted. He has however performed acts that would be classed as felonies should he be actually caught. Per the wiki "He once publicly admitted to crossing state lines in possession of an ounce of marijuana, a felony crime." So yes, he has technically committed a felony, he was never caught/charged.
