I'm disappointed by how many here were willing to celebrate the supposed demise of DHI. First, way too early - how long was that forum offline, 3 days? Users of Kiwi Farms of all people should be more accustomed to downtimes. Second, it seems that the biggest supposed sin of that forum wast that some users here have some beef against selected users from DHI - seriously, is it all it takes?
I used to frequent DHI at one time and even guestposted. I think I discovered them in 2018, because I remember reading the Star Whores thread at the time TLJ came out. There is a large tolerance for naturally occuring off-topic discussion there, allowing threads to shift into unexpected, but often interresting and amusing subject matter. I remember how, at the time Rise of Palpatine was in cinemas, there was a banner on top of the homepage, spoilering key plot points (I've never seen that trash and don't plan to, therefore I actually learned a tiny bit of what this film was supposed to even be about).
Disabling questposting was lame and their registration form didn't work. The forum stopped getting fresh input, some users dropped and it gradually became less alive. Many examples of their incelfaggottry have been posted here, and I wonder how none of them realized how unfunny and retarded this makes them look. At the same time however, Kiwi Farms isn't free of this problem either - just thanks to the size of the site and the whole userbase, it doesn't hit with the same force here as on a much smaller forum. All this however doesn't mean that they can't still occasionally be funny. The Linkara thread for example is a goldmine.

Their biggest sin is that registration has been broken for fucking years now. I will be frank, I actually really want to post there. If KF had more Threads based around literal who TGWTG members, I would be in heaven.
