Life is sacred and smiling at death is a choice that I would applaud you for not making. I honestly hope the same, as someone who almost died from a cancer-like disease. The toll it takes on family is so massive and horrible to see sometimes. Let's hope for a world where anyone could avoid that fate, regardless of how easy it is to make fun of them.

I know a little about autoimmunity. All I have to say about this is, Jesus Christ.
Have you ever heard of funny things such as brain inflammation, and how much it, plus the burden of the disease itself, can alter your entire personality? And I didn't even know he had quite literal autoimmune ENCEPHALITIS as I was typing that last sentence out, anyway. I was just giving one of the most extreme examples of the kind of body chemistry change that will fuck you up. Turns out he had it. Yikes.
Body chemistry is an exceedingly delicate thing. We see it in druggies, fats, troons, and especially druggie troons who are fat. We see how fucked up a human being can get if they don't take care of themselves, how much they can lose themselves. Just look at Keffals. And none of those people had an autoimmune disorder that throws it out of whack to begin with.
Whoever transed this person is a fucking WPATH files type of criminal. This is medically absurd by any metric. This person shouldn't have been transed, they should've had their expected decline monitored and managed with stuff to lessen his suffering, not increase it. I'm not dancing on his grave, I'm actually pissed that they did this to him.
