I'm assuming you have probably already done so, Null, and have gotten ignored/dismissed. I also know brigading is very frowned upon, but clearly someone other than Kiwis who pounds their chest and talks about free speech all the time when it comes to companies censoring individuals needs to speak on this as well.

These attacks are technically funded by the US welfare state since most trannies live off disability checks and, of course, they use said cash in such responsible endeavors like hormonal meds and paying DDOS attacks. Nearly all of them also have no jobs and much less personal lives to keep up with so they have both time AND money to sink into this imaginary digital war.

Will they run out of money eventually? Yes but then the next check comes and the cycle continues. The only options he has to IMPROVE, and to PREVENT DDOS shutdowns, is Tier-1 bandwidth or DDOS mitigation from a provider. Otherwise the website has a permanent, known vulnerability and can never be solved in the future.

There are tons of shady sites and services that operate with perpetual unstable hosting, that go down for days or weeks and come back up and remain usable just because the owners shrug and soldier on. Which users come to expect, and just use it whenever it happens to be available.

Not a long term solution, but why don't you register a bunch of burner domains and Cloudflare accounts? Every time a DDoS attack comes up, throw the bunker domain out on Twitter and Telegram. When your Cloudflare gets banned or your domain gets seized, do it over again until the attack is finished. The response times of these companies are going to be slow enough that you can get away with this for a while. You will need to put a reverse proxy between your backend server and Cloudflare to hide your infrastructure from Cloudflare, but that's trivial. Biggest risk of this strategy is you may get sued, but that's not likely.

You have to tag @Null if you've got serious solutions so he will see them.

I'd offer help if I could, but unfortunately I also lack these kinds of connections. The DDoS attack is an interesting problem, and the Internet really has no solution to it. Notice that overwhelming the attack is presented as the only option, because on the Internet it is the only option.

I've read a good bit about this topic from books written by those who helped to make the Internet, and the DDoS attack is listed as one kind of problem that really must be handled by the network itself, at the time of creation, or we get the current issues. Alternative network designs provide a few different strategies for handling this, like a topology that makes direct connections or finding the true location of the service—speaking in terms of the network itself, not physically—impossible. Still, that's not the network we're using.
