That seems to be either the current or a past occupant according to public records.
It is most definitely the current owner at least, don't know if it is the current occupant but as far as I can tell there is no other owner at this time.

Is a legal person, this was a HUD home, you effectively buy it from the government.
It also is currently qualified for a homestead exemption. Meaning that name is quite real from a legal standpoint, Texas needs proof you are real owner thats how you get the exception.
I know this at least based on the receipt attached that and unofficial copy of deed form dallas counties website.
Interesting note:
The payer is Cotality, its a middleman payer between a mortgage lender and the owner, so they have a mortgage which adds to the likely hood the name on the deed is correct.
So there you go, technically all legit, this person also isn't a legal business entity registered in the state of Texas, so no business with that name, I did check.
So that as far as HUD (feds), Texas property tax collectors, and the third party mortgage payer is concerned that is someone's legal name and they are the current owner.
I did my best with my autistic research to see if it is possibly rented out, but as far as I know its not, and haven't found any proof it was.
I will be honest I'm leaning towards the idea that this is some made up bullshit, don't know for sure one way or the other but seems like bullshit, I haven't found any connection to indicate that the pedophile lives there.
