Not only does Phil not have to change anything, he's actively getting purposely worse with the abrasive, disgusting behavior and begging. He'll keep pushing and pushing and he should be confident he'll get away with it. We joke everyday about Phil's "organic growth", but the small group of whales that only loses a few people while gaining a few is quite consistent. It's been years, it's not changing anytime soon. I honestly can't fault Phil for using this "successful formula".
