If you tell independent contractors, whom you have no employment contract with and who does not represent your company in any way, that they will either say what you tell them they can say or you will not allow them to make money, you are restricting speech.

DSP didn't get banned for any 'based' sociopolitical takes. He's the most milquetoast, fence-sitting, centrist in existence. His political philosophy is "everyone except me is stupid and if only the people in charge were smarter things would be better."

There are lots of restrictions on free speech, like you can't call in a bomb threat, you can't libel or slander someone, you can't put a sign that says "I Love Pussy!" on your front lawn, you can't solicit a minor, the intricacies of free speech are astoundingly more complex than what you believe. Also the wording of what gives you freedom of speech is limited to government intervention and private companies being citizens as much as you are they can utilize their free speech generally speaking as much as you can, with a list of exceptions. This carries over into every civil right you have.
