It's like you said on your stream. People just don't want Phil making money. It hurts no one if some random bloke gives Phil money.
I believe some people are simply jealous at his income and can't cope.
The only place I draw the line is people giving him money to troll him and then coming here expecting a parade, but even then they shouldn't be prevented from doing it to begin with. That just gives us one less retard to laugh at.

So, Phil received $90 from oroturtle after he almost cried to come back and support him financialy with the gameplay. Then he asks if oroturtle is in the youtube chat or if he didn't set up an Youtube account already. What? How do you know he doesn't have an account? Weird... Anyway, oroturtle it's not in his chat (surprise) and he begs to him to show up and help him with the game.

Magically, phil starts reading his cell phone and saying "I've been told how to do [insert activity in the game here]". So, how do you got this info? Why oroturtle can't show up in chat?

Well, you all know why at this point.

That's on them. They like his content and they want to pay him.

It is fair to say that he could just keep collecting tips. I guess almost all of that money is from bits and not tips though.
He actually makes a lot through tips, recently had a single stream where he got around $1200 in tips alone, before that he had banked several streams at $200. It's not like he's gonna go poor Josh. And now he's on youtube with superchats and memberships.

I have no problem with DSP making money, I want that on record. I just don't think he's entitled to making money on Twitch and I think it's borderline communism to say he should be.

But he's not doing anything wrong. If people like him and want to give him their money, why shouldn't they be able to?
Lol you must be new. Phil scams and lies even about shit he doesn't have to lie about, takes advantage of people with literal dents in their heads and other wheelchairs. Most of his fans are literally retarded and the trolls that give him money even more retarded with a few crossed wires probably I dunno.

I just find he's more entertaining when he's not making money than when he is. He becomes Amberlynn when making money and Chantal when broke; as evidenced today.

Twitch could have said they let Phil go because they think vests are for pussies - I honestly don't really care.
Watching him squirm is it's own little joy. I don't care if it's a shitty site doing something retarded that makes him lose his marbles and become unhinged, I just like seeing the man lose it. That's when the best Phil content is made.

That's hate speech? Why can't he call people retarded? Stop enforcing this fucking bullshit just because it, right now, inconveniences a person you don't like. You're going to lose your fucking head to this axe you're sharpening right now.
There's no moral fuckery involved in this situation, it's business. If you want their money, you have to play by their rules. That's just what it is. You agreed to them when you signed their partnership agreement, and you also agreed they have the right to terminate that partnership at any time for any reason. It shouldn't be shocking corporations don't want to provide monetization to a dude that acts like an unhinged toxic manchild on their platform. No corporation is going to put themselves in that situation. Who knows what the fuck this dude is going to say, or who he's going to piss off tomorrow; why put your image at risk associating with some wildcard clown when he's not even a significant contributor to your money line in general. There is no influential company, certainly not as bit as Twitch, that wouldn't have yeeted him immediately.

Nobody is entitled to make money on any company's service. Them extending a contract offering that function to you is a privilege. He has no leverage in this situation, and Twitch certainly owes him nothing. There is no "free speech" hill to die on here; in fact, this motherfucker wasn't banned from their platform. They only took away their monetization tools. That's just how business is, and that's how it's always been.

I agree with your general sentiment, but there is absolutely nothing unique or unfair about this circumstance. If I had to guess, you'd be hard pressed to find any "patriots" that are going to be outraged this pigheaded manchild isn't getting his pitybux back.

Oh mate that is actually bloody exceptional. Those are the same people that later complain about his income and how he doesn't deserve it. I've seen so many of those same people in his YouTube members recently, it's insane.
Edit: I agree that he makes too much money, but troll tipping doesn't make it any better does it.

But he's not doing anything wrong. If people like him and want to give him their money, why shouldn't they be able to?
You still can: https://streamelements.com/darksydephil/tip

It's not like Twitch censored DSP. He can still stream there. They just don't want a business relationship with an asshole who calls his viewers mentally ill shitheads and begs for grocery money while pulling 6 figures.

Legal might be looking into Phil because I'm speaking to someone in a high position at Twitch. While he isn't in a position to ban, he is forwarding information to the proper teams at Twitch, one of which is legal. We spoke about his scam fundraiser, and some other recent things.
Not some weird gay OP, I'm friendly with the bloke which is also why I wont drop much information.
Not sure anything good will come of it, but you never know. Phil recently pissed off a bunch of people, and it isn't helping his case.

I gave @actually some information and he can confirm, in case need be.

The greater issue lies in the fact that Twitch and other tech giants make their own rules whilst simultaneously strangling any competition. "Don't like, don't use" is a much larger problem if you want to stream games, or any other online activity, and in order to do so you must use one of three huge platforms all of which have the same draconian and inconsistently-applied set of rules.

Seriously, look at this:

Why use an old Tevin "meme" and give him $10 if he's not even reading it? And use your real name at that...

The only reason I want to see dsp lose money is for the potential salt. The kahntent when dsp announces he has to sell his house and start renting would be amazing. I make about the same as he makes so I don't really care that much but maybe if I was a wagecuck I guess my feelings could be different.

To be fair to DSP, he cares so little about his fanbase he probably doesn't realize the ratio of retards and autistic furfags to neurotypical folk is leaning heavily towards the former. My basis for this is how much work he will do to shill that he is interested in the shit superblindman is doing at any given point in time to show off how caring of a person he is, sorta like dragging around a black friend to show you're not racist.

If you want their money, you have to play by their rules.
Yeah but this is the same tired argument that I hear from trannies every time we get booted off another service. When you're allowing people to get kicked off for fucking retarded reasons, then you end up in a situation where the entire Internet is moderated like daytime TV. It's a fucking nightmare.

But he's not doing anything wrong. If people like him and want to give him their money, why shouldn't they be able to?

Wait *t-pose* people with actual functioning brains, ones that are hinged properly, and that aren't mouth drooling morahnssss. Woahhhhh wtf woooooaahhhhhh! *sways* Now if you could please tip me, I would really appreciate that, tips are funds I can use right away to pay for things like...groceries, bills, jasper supplies annnnd my mortgage. *takes a tip of water* *swishes* Also make sure to use a code word when you tip.....uhhhhh that way uhhhh...I know you aren't some troll posing as a regular. Sound good? Fair enough? Ok, alright. *snorts*

He doesn't get money from people because they like him, you're thinking of other streamers. DSP gets money from people because he feigns financial distress and cries poor 24/7. He's a scammer man, try not to forget that.

Wroooooonnnggggg. People tip me because I am providing content that they are enjoying. If you think otherwise you are I hate to say it you are *clicks* *opens camera on droopy face* WROOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGG!!!!!

It's like you said on your stream. People just don't want Phil making money. It hurts no one if some random bloke gives Phil money.

I knew from the start you were a good person Nigel. I actually said on stream how I knew you seemed like a guy who could be successful. I cheered you on...MEEE REEE!! *taps chest*.

PS: I almost took the bait Null. Like the pigroach would.

For being free market cheerleaders, right wingers sure don’t know shit about private companies do they?
Private companies:
- Twitch / YouTube
- The ISPs that handle bandwidth.
- ICANN and ARIN (which assigns IPs to ISPs)
- The datacenters that house hardware.
- Mastercard and Visa
- All banks

Imagine what it's like to be shit on by these companies because you want to host a website that makes fun of retards and then the retards on that site say "well it's just a private company." Imagine being me and seeing stupid fucking faggots like you advocating the total obliteration of the platforms they use for free.

Every time the discussion comes up about Phil making too much money, my answer is always - who cares? Unless you're so insecure with yourself, it shouldn't bother you that retards are giving their life savings to some pathetic jackass on the internet.

In fact, you should be laughing because A) It's been clear for a long time now that Phil feels entitled to said money, and regularly chimps out when it doesn't go his way, B) It sets Phil up for a massive fall when the money will inevitably dry up, and C) Seeing retards have dick measuring contests between other retards over who can waste their money the most is never not funny.

I agree with your sentiment, but like everyone else I have to disagree with the actual statement, the big problem is that Twitch isn't "restricting" anyone's free speech. I think twitch is a shitty company run by shitty people who apply their rules with an agenda that isn't applied equally. That said, they don't have to pay him if they don't want to. They could have dropped him for any reason at any time and he agreed to that in his contract. Twitch can run their business as poorly and as hypocritically as they want, they don't need to let anyone do anything they don't like on their site.

And quite frankly, I don't give that much of a shit about Twitch and it's shitty practices since they're never getting my money. All they're good for is giving me things to laugh at DSP about.
