Legal might be looking into Phil because I'm speaking to someone in a high position at Twitch. While he isn't in a position to ban, he is forwarding information to the proper teams at Twitch, one of which is legal. We spoke about his scam fundraiser, and some other recent things.
Not some weird gay OP, I'm friendly with the bloke which is also why I wont drop much information.
Not sure anything good will come of it, but you never know. Phil recently pissed off a bunch of people, and it isn't helping his case.

I gave @actually some information and he can confirm, in case need be.

It's so unnecessary. He could just leave it alone so he could have the option of going back to Twitch in the future if the need arises. And it's not so much a threat because DSP is hardly important to them. His entitlement is out of control
He just needs to be the alpha male who puts his foot down and doesn't take shit from anyone in front of his viewers. Problem is that no one is gonna care about his epic speech in a week while keeping the Twitch bridge intact might actually be useful. But who needs long-term planning?

That's hate speech? Why can't he call people retarded? Stop enforcing this fucking bullshit just because it, right now, inconveniences a person you don't like. You're going to lose your fucking head to this axe you're sharpening right now.
Like a prosecutor that has to deal with a case with spotty evidence, I'll take any conviction I can get even if I would've preferred the one that's not a technicality.

I'm not totally convinced he didn't make this up to give him an excuse to abandon Twitch, though. I think he got the idea from his suspension.

Hateful slurs Twitch mail partnership May18-2021.mp4

'... a violation of the Appropriate Conduct Agreement. What tha FUCK are you FUCKING talking about, you LAME-BRAINED PIECES OF DUMB FUCKING SHIT! What hateful slurs do I use!?' :stress:

:story:
I like how to DSP hateful slurs just means gamer words but not something like oh say "what the fuck are you fucking talking about you lame brained pieces of dumb-fucking-shit"...

I seriously don't get all the bitching about free speech. Guess what? If Phil had any other job and was calling people retards, mouth drooling morons etc they'd get rid of him as quick as possible, no reason Twitch should treat it differently. Employers don't want assholes that will cause problems for them, unless they are incredibly lucrative, which Phil was not.
Phil was very lucrative for Twitch. I am confident that is why he got so many ban reversals/took so long to blacklist him from the site.

Good luck brother, very interested to see what facts come out of this.

I wouldn't be surprised that Phil is lying and he got kicked for the 24 hour exclusivity deal. Of course, if he read that it would show he was in the wrong. But if he said it was hateful slurs it makes him fight it because he knows he hasnt really say anything hateful like faggot or homo. Also recently he was temporarily banned for saying nig...i am mean negger. So that hateful speech shit is fresh in his mind so he figured to run with that. But lets say he didnt lie and he got kicked for hatfeul slurs/speech, like many said it could be his toxic behavior or his weird rapey songs. Honestly whatever the case this is funny and its not because of trolls hacking his account or some false shit. It was all done by his own doing. Cant wait to see what happens next, maybe kats sister comes unvited, Pandaree comes back to his life, or he gets another dick cardboard.

Most likely nothing, and I'm not aiming to get him banned. This "stationary negative" shows he doesn't need help in fucking himself up.
This all came from a group chat where someone knew someone and wanted to know more. It doesn't help Phil that he shits on random people on Twitter daily, since he believes if the person doesn't have a checkmark they're a nobody.

The writing has been on the wall for years, but phil kept sucking their dick regardless.
That's why Phil's advice on anything should be taken with a grain of salt. Because he is a man of the almighty dollar and the moment it goes his way he switches his opinion like the wind. This is also why he is a fake as hell person and a total piece of shit all over. He has nothing he stands for, well except maybe those nice juicy "cahntributions".

Thats great to hear. I'm sure twitch wouldn't be too happy with the way dsp slandered/disparaged them for 2 weeks about his last partnership paycheck that he was always going to get, if thats something worth also mentioning.

Do you also have any connections at youtube by chance?

But he's not doing anything wrong. If people like him and want to give him their money, why shouldn't they be able to?
They can still give DSP money by tipping him directly, Twitch didn't permaban him from the site they just aren't going to pay him to be there anymore.

But he's not doing anything wrong. If people like him and want to give him their money, why shouldn't they be able to?
Because he has a proven track record of being a total dick to honest fans, and trolls. Scamming, and I do mean scamming his gullible fans to give him money to just waste it in WWE gotcha. Also Twitch can just terminate the partnership at any time, it's in the contract that Phil signed.

He doesn't get money from people because they like him, you're thinking of other streamers. DSP gets money from people because he feigns financial distress and cries poor 24/7. He's a scammer man, try not to forget that.

just wanna put things into perspective a bit, phil wasn't necessarily using a slur but he would constantly call people in his chat mentally ill, putting mental illness in a negative light so frequently is absolutely a no-no on twitch, but think of it from another perspective;

most frequently phil would be calling new names in his chat or people who didn't want to tip but would send cheers instead mentally ill or pieces of shit etc

those are customers of twitch, not phil, phil is actively insulting twitch's customers what feels to me like daily? at least one time a day i feel like he shames someone for cheering or w/e

now imagine being a new twitch viewer, and somehow your first channel you go to is phil's, and he's in there calling people who send him bits or sub to him with names insulting him pieces of mentally ill shit who don't deserve to live or whatever, and that person says "this is what twitch is like?" and never goes back

phil would cost twitch a customer

i think that he probably most often gets reported for the "mental illness as an insult" shit and while it isn't a slur directly, his intention is exactly the same as calling someone a retard, though i'd say it's even worse to be honest because we all grew up using retard as a synonym for just stupid, or a stupid +1 type word

forget everything i said, according to phil he's done nothing wrong

But he's not doing anything wrong. If people like him and want to give him their money, why shouldn't they be able to?
It's like you said on your stream. People just don't want Phil making money. It hurts no one if some random bloke gives Phil money.
I believe some people are simply jealous at his income and can't cope.

That's on them. They like his content and they want to pay him.

It is fair to say that he could just keep collecting tips. I guess almost all of that money is from bits and not tips though.
