How many times did dsp play his song with the lyrics "they got raped, who fucking cares" on twitch's platform? Maybe they dont want that kind of thing on their site. And this is just one of many things they could've nailed him for, just off the top of my head.

Phil said what Twitch did was illegal, because they can't just terminate his partnership by using a bullshit excuse.

As usual, he's lying:

They got rid of Phil because he's a toxic piece of shit. The excuse they gave him is irrelevant and probably just a boilerplate response to people that act like him on stream.
DSP should totally hire a lawyer and sue.

Oh, wait....

What do you mean "I did nothing wrong and they have no evidence. If they show evidence that I did something, fine then." ???

It just means that you did something bad and you don't want to admit it and just hope that Twitch doesn't find it. Are you that stupid? Think before you speak you idiot.

He's making demands and posing an ultimatum right now, but just you wait. In a year or two, he will tell you that they agreed to part ways and that it was an amicable split.

i get that hes trying to turn this into a political thing and flirting with swerving into that whole field but this guys general demeanor and behavior would have him terminated from virtually any employer in the developed world regardless of what labor laws or free speech laws they were operating under. he is a genuine idiot.

Oh maaaaan, I hope he totally tries to sue Amazon/Twitch. If for nothing else, the entertainment value.

I can just hear it now.

"The judge said that Amazon had EVERY LEGAL RIGHT to do what they did. And that's bullshit. I did nothing wrong. And the judge's an idiot. But it gets worse. The judge read what I wrote in that e-mail, and now I'm going to jail for contempt of court. What a buffoon!"

He emailed them not only an ultimatum but a 1 week deadline.

What an absolute buffoon
It's so unnecessary. He could just leave it alone so he could have the option of going back to Twitch in the future if the need arises. And it's not so much a threat because DSP is hardly important to them. His entitlement is out of control

this guys general demeanor and behavior would have him terminated from virtually any employer in the developed world regardless of what labor laws or free speech laws they were operating under.
And in the undeveloped world his ex-boss would hire some thugs to break his legs for insulting him for 20 minutes straight.

Yeah just because the single clip someone showed only had him calling the game retarded makes it fine. Not the brightest are you? Also nice DSP logic, if it wasn't shown in the specific clips featured currently in the last page of posting it didn't happen. Fucking stupid m8.
"His de-partnering was probably justifiably long past warranted and if he did want back on after the disciplinary suspension period while twitch wanted to bother with him again, I wouldn't care either way." Just because that clip doesn't support my opinion on the entire topic it isn't the only thing I base my opinion of it overall on, but whatever.
What a coincidence he got this during his break, while taking pulls with WWE Champions, the night after gin tweeting about Youtube streaming and defending his past "racism" remarks.

Might have been holding onto this from last night to drum up drama during stream for EZ-Pity Bucks.
Left to immediate withdraw the funds after checking if verified account, pull some sweatymanjpgs, now ready for gameplay? I mean I wouldn't doubt it at this point.

Dsp would crowd source the money for the lawsuit and then never actually go through with it and claim his real true fans never actually wanted him to do it and its just trolls saying he scammed his fans by not suing twitch.

10 minutes of an empty chair and PS5 dashboard.
Terrific khantent.
He could have raked in the bux with another jasper guest host appearance.
Hateful slurs Twitch mail partnership May18-2021.mp4

'... a violation of the Appropriate Conduct Agreement. What tha FUCK are you FUCKING talking about, you LAME-BRAINED PIECES OF DUMB FUCKING SHIT! What hateful slurs do I use!?' :stress:

:story:
King of Semantics. They said "inappropriate conduct involving hateful slurs". That's not the same as inappropriate conduct that was hateful slurs.

You must be new here. The judge would find in favor of DSP 100% and probably award him Amazon as damages.

I seriously don't get all the bitching about free speech. Guess what? If Phil had any other job and was calling people retards, mouth drooling morons etc they'd get rid of him as quick as possible, no reason Twitch should treat it differently. Employers don't want assholes that will cause problems for them, unless they are incredibly lucrative, which Phil was not.
