There's already a thread for Phil's paypig tards, and the turnover rate for these cucks is too rapid to warrant a singular thread. There will eventually come a day where OIC is LIMB'd and some other sperg takes his place as the new top faggot to laugh at, so it is best to keep those tards isolated to one catch-all thread as they're a dime a dozen.
