i just thought about it, but kaitlin bennett would actually be phils soulmate cause whenever people see her they think "isnt that the chick that shat herself at that party" and i think it goes well with phils "isnt that the guy who jerked off on stream?"

I showed my 7 yo daughter DSP mario tennis aces tihydp and she said, "why is that grown man such a baby, always crying, maybe you should be faster". From the mouth of babes... its obvious to little kids how shit he is at games, and my god how his wheelchair audience must be developmentally disabled is astonishing.
This is why Phil will never have children. He fears the zoomers.

Inb4 phil bans superblindman out of jealousy from reading here. We're not supposed to respect genuinely nice fans of his, we're supposed to respect the 11 year begacy!

I don't think so, for a few reasons. The one that presents Phil in the best possible light is that SBM is the only fan he has that he can have an interesting, non-juvenile conversation with, and tends to treat him with more respect than he does most of the other regulars in his chat (apart from the Sekiro thing, which was dickish). He doesn't have enough actual "mature adults" around that he can afford to ditch one, particularly one that throws him a decent bit of cash.

It also wouldn't fit Phil's image of himself. SBM is the main reason Phil can claim to be an advocate of accessibility in gaming. He likes to think his content is doing some good in the world; describing everything he sees might benefit SBM enough (per Tevin's old joke) to be the one legit instance of it.

Sending money to pigroach even "ironically" makes that person a paycuck and helps pigroach escape reality for yet another day. Paycuck trolls are just fans in denial. You can insult Phil for free in his chat and not send him money.

Pretty much. My autism is difficult to be contained and I’ve integrated myself in the DSP community which was not difficult to do. Don’t go in there spamming gout and other words associated with the pig and eventually a chat regular will gift you a sub. You’ll get to meet the other ironic undercover trolls who don’t give him money and you converse with them for the most part, sometimes taking blatant shots at Phil, sometimes doing it more subtly.

Again, it’s highly autistic, even embarrassing and I’m not proud of it but you can absolutely troll Phil for free and experience the Orbit of Autism without giving him a dollar. There is something to be said about suffering through Phil’s daily autistic spectacle while being integrated in the chat experience but it’s extremely difficult for me to do it consistently as Phil is boring as fuck and his chat/ stream is only active when I’m working or playing games on my main monitor. Nobody is really missing anything. Being there when the vest streak ended was somewhat interesting because you got to witness everyone’s genuine reactions about something Phil constantly lied and harped on for months. Instead of the gaslighting about positivity and the vest being a symbol, you got to see hundreds of people spamming at him to log off while cheering for the streak to end. But such events happen maybe a few times a year.

Those that go in there with $5, $10, $15 donations or with even higher amounts are just looking for attention. It’s just sad and cringey, especially since Tevin and LSB have drastically reduced the frequency of the restreams meaning there is no one to autistically flex on or be noticed by.

There are so many other streamers with the size of Phil’s audience who are much more pleasant, entertaining, and welcoming if you are looking for attention that badly. But this is what makes Phil special: his ability to extract money from “haters” and real fans alike.

The whole SBM thing is pretty intriguing. Maybe that heightened sense of hearing interprets Phil's nasal orchestra as some kind of kind of fucked up ASMR fetish. I mean, the things I've heard coming out of that... face? is just extraordinary. Maybe his way operates on a whole other dimension than ours, who knows.

SBM is probably relieved he has found a niche in a niche. Phil has an audience small enough to be able to participate in, but big enough to get something out of it, throw in SBM's love for fighting games and you can see how he stumbled into Phil's streams.

The thought of Phil facing SBM in something like MK just brings me joy. Phil would be stuck in positivity land, something so uncharacteristic to this man. Moments like that, alongside not hitting the tips goal, is prime Phil content. Stuck in a situation where he wants to bitch and moan, but has to put on airs to prevent the remainder of the nest from flying. Imagine all the praise he would give SBM: "Wow! Good fucking parry!" "Nice blahck!", just as he does at the beginning of his SF streams against good opponents. Until he gets salty as fuck and drops the charade. Except with SBM he can't or otherwise he'll risk losing face against an already dwindling audience.

But hey, streaming for an audience of 4 people as long as there is interaction is still worth it right, Phil?

This is a great detail, he just assumed it was company policy that you couldn't date a co-worker, but it wasn't. I imagine this kind of thing has happened to him often throughout his life. Usually little authoritarian snitches at least familiarize themselves with the rules, but Dave just assumes the rules will conform to his feelings.

I now choose to believe that DSP asked her out and she felt too awkward giving a straight up "no" to a coworker so she said she couldn't cause of company policy, only to get a rude awakening when he tried to snitch.

The best part is that Phil knew the place had problems and then after paying for it he was like "You gonna fix this stuff or what?"

It's been a while since I've seen Tevin's lore stream of the various dens, but I believe well after the sale was finalized, as he was moving in, DSP noticed things he didn't like/things he thought were cheaply done(/damage he had done to the walls and tried to pretend he hadn't done it) and then called up the womans boyfriend demanding he pay to fix it all, only to be outraged that he wouldn't.

Don't forget that the first thing he did in that house was smash in the drywall with a doorhandle because of the lack of a doorstop, a.k.a. retard-proofing the place.

phils so bad and disrespectful towards every fighting game IDK how a fan of said fighting game could ever get actual enjoyment out of it.
Reading back what I said, I think it was still too early in the morning for autistic analytics. From looking at SBM's twitter and website, he doesn't seem to gain a lot of traction/engagement from people outside of his niche.

Phil being the nice guy he is seems to have hit this spot for him. A streamer with a sizeable audience, a background in fighting games which SBM loves and said streamer actually engaging with him on something he appears to be really passionate about. I think that's his attraction to Phil.

From what I can see in the chat logs, SBM doesn't say anything (or at least not much) in Phil's chat. I was wondering if there was some kind of Papavera complex going on here, but with fighting games instead of Minecraft, but I can't really find anything. Do we maybe have a history of cheer messages? I can't really gauge the attitude he has towards Phil, except for the exchanges between them on Twitter.

Also funny tidbit on his website http://www.brandoncole.net/ is that everything is in the first person, except when he is trying to sell himself for consultancy gigs, then it's entirely in third person. And we all know who loves talking about himself in the third person.

Also, spending money on someone that is not him?
Attention going somewhere that is not him?
Lift the thing? Carry it? Refer to it by its name and not its title?
Feed it and not himself? Stay sober throughout the night in case something happens?
And to top it all off: Fuck a woman until that low sperm count load does its job?

If it can't clean or cook for him when it comes out of the womb, it has no place in the Burnell household.

It's a wonder our furry little friend has held it out so long in that place.

She's low maintenance and doesn't bother him for things like trips to the bone zone.

oh. jasper! He netted Dave $2000. You bet your sweet, hairless ass that Phil keeps a running tally on how much Jasper has cost him. Once he's used up that $2000, Jasper will mysteriously "run away'.

Believe what you want but no dating co-workers is standard company policy for pretty much everywhere. It might not be in your employment contract but neither is "taking a shit on your bosses desk will result in disciplanary action being taken against you"

"Co-workers" is not frowned upon in nearly as many places as "supervisor and subordinate" as was the case in Phil's story, since that creates an inherent power imbalance and opens the door for all kinds of fuckery from all sides. That shit ruins workplaces.

That said I'm sure he took it to his boss with his usual tact and called the whole situation bullshit and his supervisor a dickhead and his female co-worker a dumb bitch, causing his boss to rightfully write him off as a self-serving douchebag if he hadn't already. Like it or not people with authority have to be given reasons to care about things that would otherwise be low on their priorities, a fact Phil himself ought to be able to understand if he had a capacity for empathy greater than a stick insect.

I don't want to derail DSP's general thread too much to make it a SBM based one, but I do love the difference you can see just in SBM's interactions with DSP through his messages in resubscriptions; Brandon will literally make blind jokes about himself sometimes in the messages. Can you imagine Phil ever using a free twitch sub in the other direction that references any of gout, post nasal drip, back pain or any of the other less debilitating issues he suffers from while thanking the guy for streaming for his entertainment? Pigs will fly before then!

Well, he has some self deprecating moments in chat every once in a while, like the below the barrel one a few days back. But that's just basically him "owning detractor memes" so I wouldn't count that.

It definitely doesn't come nowhere near his more serious issues though. Whenever we near levels of self-awareness he always manages to backpaddle.

We'll gladly fill that gap however. This subforum is basically becoming a self help guide for Phil with all the threads about his glaring issues. It's honestly amazing how little he improves for the time he spends reading detractor critique.

Phil can tweet self-deprecation all he wants but he shows how he really feels about himself in his actions. I don't buy his "beneath the bottom" schtick he's been peddling recently at all. That's 100% deflection, something all narcissists are good at.
