If Phil wants a restaurant all he needs is a couple of tuts to roll back through and mommy and daddy to finally die off so he can get the inheritance and property which he would sell off immediately.

The goutmachine is really cranky today, having spergouts and forcing people in the stream chat to apologize for being bored.
And he clocked out 7 minutes early, calling the stream really slow and "a bad one" in terms of contributions, even though he received:

Should also note that he literally said that the 2nd stream would hopefully "make up" for the 1st one being "bad" and that this stream wasn't "interactive". The entitlement on this asshole is off the charts.

I actually think he's going for the more expensive managed hosting that includes the forum software built in, since he's claimed he's spending "thousands" of dollars a year on it.

I think the most realistic appraisal of what he's spending is to consider what he may have spent at the height of his popularity and what he would've needed when he actually had forum activity (though I doubt it was ever enough to justify more than a minimal package). There's about a 50% chance he's too lazy or forgot to change his package as traffic/need decreased, and just pays the same shit as he did back then.

Any insight you can provide on his performance this month? Maybe it's just on account of @N0thingICanDo and others being especially vigilant but it seems like Phil's take has been particularly flaccid for May.

Not looking for an in-depth, just a little rundown, if you have the time/drive/autism.

Yeah, he's completely focused on the direct money injections (tips). That's why people like infinite_55 intrigue me so much: he pumped $42 into subs and cheers today, and then at the end of the stream he gets to hear DSP talk about how bad everthing was in terms of money. I can't even imagine how ultra low someone's self-esteem must be to keep their name in some kind of shitty leaderboard by literally wasting money like that.

Btw, I'm putting together a clip of DSP acting like a whiny baby about chat today + some of his mentions of the stream being slow 'n low etc. (all taken from the last part of the stream, though).

His Patreon is probably lower now than it has ever been since the first month it was launched. He posted it in January and by March he had over $1300 and 110 patrons.

Imagine getting $1300/mo from 100 people just four years ago, and barely being able to scrape together $400/mo from that same number now.

He's on track for, at best (and barring any E7 / Tut shenanigans, obviously), an average month and more likely a below average month all around.

Too late now, but I was watching on Dark Dave's mirror for a minute when Infinite 55 gave him the 1000 bit cheer and he mentioned that it was the "biggest cheer of the day... biggest contribution of the day, actually", or something along those lines.

Why is that important? He's directly comparing cheers to tip donations, which have an explicit monetary value, when he's not supposed to refer to bits/cheers as any sort of currency at all according to TOS. I dunno if anyone reported him over it (or if that would even result in anything), but I'm pretty sure that's a blatant TOS violation.
