I can't believe this is a man almost at his 40s. I've seen people carry grudges for a long time but DSP has somehow managed to stay mad at the internet trolls for 10-15 years and still counting and never learning anything from it or letting go.

Because Phil did nothing wrong, Tevin was the one who attacked him. All Phil was doing was protecting himself from the trolls who might hurt him or even take his life.

Phil's analogy is so hilariously wrong: it's not at all like someone breaks into your home and beats you senseless and it's your fault for not being able to secure your doors. It's more like slowly driving down a neighborhood with your top down and blaring obnoxiously loud music and getting offended if someone throws an egg at your car or tells you to STFU.

This is just another case of "it's not my fault dude, it's the game's fault. Nothing I could do! Kojima Kojima Kojima" except in this case Kojima = Tevin. Just as nothing is his fault in video games, same goes in real life. This is absolutely his fault.
Let's look at Leanna. Right from her reveal, she was getting trolled and insulted. Her looks, her age, her voice, her gold digging, etc. Was Tevin and his troll army around back then? No. When Leanna finally gets fed up and leaves, what is a main reason? The years of trolling. This is straight from Dave's mouth.
Now let's get to Kat. I believe Dave really wanted to keep her out of the spotlight but in the end his narcissism took over and he just had to reveal her to his troll trove. The dirty detractors got to him with the call girl saga and he had to prove us all wrong. Cut to the cringe fest of yet another girlfriend reveal. The horse memes start almost immediately. Kat gets doxxed. The rest is history.
Flash forward to his special Halloween event. The "Kat is now gone" speculation is rampant due to several factors, mostly no one has seen her on stream or insta. Does PR ignore it? Nah, proceeds to beg her to dress up and come on stream to show them dirty detr...i mean because it's a special event and will be fun dood. She gets trolled into oblivion and now here we are with Phil throwing all the blame to Tevin. Phil should have known exactly what was going to happen, therefore it is definitely his fault.

It's a game of chess. DSP deletes his vods so Tevin did the same thing. Pretty sure there is nothing illegal about restreaming twitch content on youtube as long as you're speaking and making it a transformative work. He would have to prove tevin is bullying which wouldn't be that easy I don't think.
All he had to do btw was just angle his laptop in a way so Kat isn't looking at the chat or have her play a game so she's distracted. I feel like Trophy wives get more respect than dave gives Kat.

So let's speculate. Why was the camera turned on DSP tries it? what was he hiding? a brand new kitchen table? It's actually pretty wild if you think about it. This dude claims he's broke but it is obvious he is hiding something.

Phil lives in a bubble and nothing anyone says can or will change him. When he makes a tweet asking for feedback, all he’s really doing is looking for people who will sing him praises or sympathize with him for something that was his fault. He isn’t actually looking for how to improve despite what he might say because he hasn’t changed anything in forever.
He doesn’t have to change because clearly he has been able to stream for two years now despite his constant begging for “money to pay taxes” with.
Hundreds of people have tried to give him legitimate feedback, but Phil lives in his little god damn bubble and no one is breaking it. He won’t really change at all until money coming in slows down enough and it is too late, and he has not reached that point yet. Money is the key reason he does anything, as evidenced in things such by his muting in-game music to avoid copyright.
