That's actually too complex for Dave the Baby; he only sees her as a trophy to show off to prove he isn't a loser and that the people laughing at him are wrong for calling him that. ADDENDUM: Since he's losing his mind over this, my guess is Kat said some things to him about that stream that bruised his cancerous and inflated ego. It could be a harranging for failing to defend her; it could be forcing her to join his stream, it could be for refusing to talk to her and listen to her problems. It could be anything, but there was a talk, and so since he's a Low-T cowardly bitch who can't face people without ensuring they can't hit back he's going after Tevin instead.
