It is really distracting how he finishes damn near each sentence with his voice pattern going up as if he's asking a question.
Just screams indecision and/or deception at every turn.

I guess he must have pretty short term memory given how much he shat on them only a few days back.
He's also saying that he's still below the goal and bla bla bla doesn't want to do the Halloween goal unless a whole bunch of people step up and say they really want it and then he'll make it the goal for next month.
The problem being that apparently in Phil-world it takes 'weeks' to change a couple of settings on his forum and set up a fucking poll for people to vote.
He didn't mention the massive tips he got yesterday so far.
Also mentioning people still going on about him "mispeaking about the goal".

So EddyB pointed a big DSP discrepancy. Earlier in month the Patreon goal was Halloween marathon whether the goal is met or not. Today he continued to harp on the "if we don't meet goal it doesn't happen". Sometime in mid august he edited the goal.

EDIT: Someone sent him a tip and asked him to count it towards the Patreon. Phil asked them to reach out to Patreon support to get it fixed because of "da rules". He then said "even if you can pledge in a few days then it would count towards August!".
Confirmed new meta for August 2017: complain that patreon isn't working.
