Because he doesn't do anything around the house. That's why he was so pissed earlier today when the cat vomited on the floor. He couldn't wait until Kat got home (or call her on camera to clean it up for him) because it will stain so he had to get his hands dirty and do himself.

Just look what he needed to do a 10 second unplug of a toilet.

Phil is totally grateful guys, but he has to be honest! Some of you gotta step it the fuck up! I should have $300 for this stream! Just because the tip goal is $150 and Jax_Raxxor bank rolled it doesn't mean you peasants are off the hook! Start scrounging!!

Phil has already acknowledged the fact that hitting the Goal discourages further tips. It's why he raised the fucking goal from $100 to $150 in the first place.
And I don't know why he's treating it like everyone has the expectation for Jaxx to always hit the full goal, he could've just treated it as a once in a blue moon thing but no, guilt trip. He's so fucking weird about what he needs to "survive" because he never explicitly states how much money he needs (in fear of discouraging whale bombs which is what his streams are built on) but keeps pressuring his viewers to believe there's some mysterious deadline they need to hit.
And if people aren't tipping....maybe it's because your streams aren't entertaining enough to encourage organic tips? I mean we all know the state of the streams for the past two years, that is, whales carrying the whole thing. But short term focus is all Phil knows.
Overall it's just more salt that he has to depend on the same four retards as usual, while completely ignoring the recent controversy that's most likely discouraging people from donating to begin with.

The most confusing part is that Jaxx was there the whole time, so it's not like he missed Phil continuing to beg for tips. Jaxx is clearly stupid as shit, but how does not see that and go "Wait...$150 wasn't enough?"
 
At this point idk why dsp stops the goal at 150, if he hits that fuck it just crank that total up to 200 on the off chance some tard wants to see the smaller number reach the bigger number. What’s the worst that can happen? Someone says he’s greedy, or money hungry, or a scammer, or a beggar, or ungrateful…..

Phil not hitting his goal crushes his ego. And he wasn't hitting it most sessions until today, the 1st of the month. If anything, he's more likely to lower it. The goal rarely motivates whales anyway, Jeffrey will do his $25-37 everyday and the other faggots will when they need attention.

I guess Jasper got sick of Philip’s clownish antics as well.

The end of the night stream reminds me of that time I went out with a group of friends and I decided to pick up the whole tab. After paying and leaving a tip, the waitress berated the rest in my party about how they couldn’t rely on just me tipping because I footed the bill and they too needed to step up and help support her and her gin and gacha habit. I had to appreciate her honestly, mostly because she kept reminding us of it every time she came to wait on our table.

jaxx has probably mentioned that he cant tip phil $150 all the time and this is the reason for phils comments.

also imagine telling your viewers to give you money and dont expect a whale to contribute to the whole total. what the fuck haha
 
Fuck it, Jaxx. Go wild. Pay him 150 bucks up front at the start of every stream. He's going to throw it down a pit anyway, might as well make it so all his begging makes him look profoundly ungrateful every day, and convince less people to donate gambling money to Phil by hitting his goal immediately each time.
