God monkeys voice is making my head explode. Phils stupidity isn't helping much.
I would argue he'd left it intentionally until he finally hit the goal as punishment for not giving him enough. He hates his fans more than he hates us at times. At least we stay over here.

I dunno if it's just me, but now that we have all 3 pieces of the autistic Triforce, I am completely unfazed by how much he makes.
The autistic Triforce:
1. DSP's revenue is being clearly tracked and publicly available in mostly real time.
2. We now have indisputable, objective evidence of his unsustainable gacha spending.
3. We know that 80%+ of his income is financed by 1 or 2 whales max (and thanks to @Shirō Ishii 's DM leaks we know that he's a pathetic, friendless loser).
With this there should be almost no emotional attachment to the actual money anymore, just watch the disaster unfold my dudes.

Is it crazy to think he wants to have a desync issue because Monkey Ball actually requires some sort of actual brain activity to play and wants to dick around with his rats nest instead?

Watch this "checking for desync" is going to be a regular occurrence.
The wasting of it on gacha is the big part. No matter how much he makes, it's gone seconds after he gets off camera.

I honestly can’t remember a stream Phil has done where he was more loud and obnoxious than he was during the first thirty to forty-five minutes of today’s stream. It wasn’t really the gameplay, it was the unbearable clowning. He thinks that kind of behavior is clever and entertaining “reactionary” and “ahbservational” humor.

He's so paranoid that everything is a troll message. Soon there will be no chat at all, but still complain that the chat is slow. Gee I wonder why when 80% of the chat is banned, and the rest is Derich.

I had this same realization when I tuned into DDM and he rapidly hit the goal and he went on the script for hat and vest poll options ...
The 9-5 isn't that bad, mate. Doubly so when you know where it's going.
