So what's the point of these edits? If it's just the "good parts", there are no good parts. Most of this video is him running around confused which is exactly what any normal YouTuber would cut out of their edits. There really isn't a point to them existing at all. Does he expect to get new subscribers for this? I watched about 10 minutes and it's your average DSP stream but with dono shoutouts cut out and really trying hard with the jokes. Nothing as unfunny as darksydephil trying to be funny so he can clip himself into a funny montage. It's so fake and disingenuous.

The unrecorded begments, bait devourings and saltrage is all anyone wants to see on non-live phil and he doesn't have the balls to clip that up and post it. If he had started doing this like 5 years ago maybe he'd get views but there's so many entrenched detractor channels now that he's scrabbling for slivers of that viewer pie

Phil is the master of coming a decade late to the party. He didn't capitalize on TIHYDP when the iron was hot. Now he's too self aware, he's going to try to be bad on purpose if he follows that angle, and the appeal will be gone.

That's the thing with Phil, he TRULY believes he is creating "high quality content". Him going viral, along with him being called a "Game journalist" hurts his piggy soul, and being recognized by other big YouTubers NOT in the space of gaming lolcowdom like UrinatingTree, who doesn't do anything relating to gaming videos, as he focuses on sports and sports lolcows. His Haters Guide videos are pretty damn good, also. I digress.

Phil wants the success of other big YouTubers, because he's Phil and he should just show up, and given money for pumping out slop. He see's streaming as a job where you go in, put your employee ID number into Kronos, and go to your desk, not realizing that streaming is supposed to be something you do for fun. If you make some cash, cool. If not, that's cool also. You do it for the love of the game, but with Phil, everything has to be monetized for him and him only. You're supposed to be entertaining and Phil is FAR from entertaining. That would be like 80's David Lee Roth stopping midset and going "Uh, hey everyone. So, we still have merch available and this tour is very expensive...so, I would greatly appreciate it if you guys go buy our merch. Phil has only accepted that he's on the level of someone like Keem... someone who works with lolcows, lords over them, and has adopted some of his behaviors where he can take the piss on irrelevant things (Example as mentioned here: Phil asked Keem if he dyes his beard and he nonchalantly admitted to it, which left Phil shellshocked. I think that was a rare lesson he absorbed.)

Phil obviously has far too much pride in his career to ever accept being a lolcow, though.

I honestly wonder why he hasn't done so already. He's been on his "health guru" arc for several months now which signals to me that this is how long he's been doing Ozempic (or some other GLP-1 drug) and it should've gotten Khet significantly thinned out at this point. My guess is that either he's the only one taking the drug and Khet for some reason isn't or he's trying to get ahead of the Ozempic accusations by waiting until Khet's loose skin from sudden weight loss tightens, though that would imply a level of foresight that piggy doesn't possess. Not to mention, it wouldn't fix anything anyway, there's a reason "Ozempic face" exists as a term and it refers to the gaunt, skeletal appearance that people who use GLP-1 get after it sucks out not just their excess fat but their natural body fat too.
