Does anyone remember when exactly the fake accentuated HA HA HA laughs began? I know it's because he's insecure about his ACK ACKs but he only started doing it recently, some time in the last few months or so. What exactly caused it?

He always has since back in his FGC days. He has a few of these nervous ticks, I attribute them to his hermit lifestyle and lack of social interactions.

The whole fake laughing thing is just a self-soothing mechanism, he uses it to break tension, or silence, or distract from something particularly bothersome to him. It can also be used to train his dents on how to behave and what to laugh at in chat, similar to a sitcom having a laugh/applause track it trains the audience to follow along in the way the show wants.

The one that bothers me more than the fake/forced laughing is his self appeasement, he will often say a sentence that ends in a question, and he will proceed to answer himself, reinforcing his initial statement as fact. It's like there's 2 DSPs the one that talked and the one that agreed, but they are separate from each other so the one that talked uses it as the validation he wanted, regardless that it was him that agreed. i.e. allotapepul a lot of times is just him agreeing with himself and others him coercing the answer from chat.

Isn't the whole point of these leverless controllers is to be able to do instant DP? Except for Sagat he doesn't play any characters that do that, if anything Lily and Zangief will suck worse trying to do 360 without a stick.
