After watching both streams today, it seems the majority of his support comes in bulk. A few random people with generic messages sending decent amounts.

Is there a website where you pay to have super chats sent to your channel?

The timing of the super chats during his rimworld “thank you” speech is strange …

Most of these are pre-planned tips. Basically, he pre-arranges them with his whales, usually for them to arrive at the end of the streams so he can cry poor and wrangle more money from the rest.

I looked a few months ago and the search engine didn't think so. It said you could hire someone on one of those gig work services like Fiver or whatever but I think he'd be too afraid it would get back to the trolls to do that. I did not see an automated way to do it and if I couldn't find a way with a quick search then Piggy ain't finding a way either.

I think this is more likely honestly. Unless it's Khet downstairs or something there's just no way it's not someone he knows doing it, and there's no chance he would send money to his mod friends to tip him even if it makes him look more sussessful to the trolls.

Might actually be the slowest progressing colony in the history of rimworld not even kidding. He has food issues every single stream and has been debating building a mineral scanner for like 5 streams now.

Phil is just uncreative. Could you imagine him playing any open-ended games at this point? I am thinking of games like Medieval dynasty, any of the Total War games or other management games? Heck didn't he play an indie game where you manage a software company and he went bankrupt after a few days? chat plays his games attached with "support" leading to his further mental decline.

It tells a lot about his real life resource management and spending habits. I like how his choices in-game reflect what kind of person he is in real-life.

also, kinda funny notice: his subcount hasn't grown since the Asmon bump. It is really telling how dead his channel is when you can't profit longterm from having one of the most known people on. Kinda shows in his viewcount too, it is one flatline hovering around 450k views a month. He is and probably will be held up by a handful of lonely whales who for some reason don't look for female streamers but end up with a middleaged, gay retard

30 hours into rimworld and he literally hasn’t done shit.

I thought Minecraft was bad but this entire playthrough has just been hours of staring at the same screen. 30 hours and he hasn’t even left his colony base to explore once.

Why bother going fast or progressing? Rimworld by far is his most consistent stream in terms of the three pillars of a successful stream: give me money, I want your money, I take your money

I think a massively underrated dsp occurrence was when he referred to those streams he did with kat as "family" streams. Typically when you describe entertainment (and I use the word entertainment very loosely here) as family entertainment, it implies its for kids and/or safe for kids. Could you imagine letting your kids watch these two middle-aged shut ins ramble about video games and fast food and whatever else while cussing constantly? It was just really creepy to try to brand those videos as "family" streams.

Phil has no kids, has no nieces or nephews, no friends with kids and probably hasnt even spoke to a real life kid in 20 years. And I dont mean talking to kids in a weird way, like part of the adult human experience is passing down knowledge and experiences to the next generation, whether your own kids or just the kids of your friends and family.

Phil has never gone outside to throw the football with the kids on a thanksgiving afternoon, or showed a kid how to play a video game or bought and wrapped up a present to give a kid for their birthday. He shouldn't be calling himself a family anything.

Any games without a clear goal or end is just another Minecraft situation where he just uses the game as a background for begs and basically accomplishes nothing.

One of his many cognitive dissonances. He knows logically that he is an entertainer, but in practice he's not even attempting to be entertaining. The closest we get is clown mode. As much as I loathe clown mode I gotta say that it's probably a lot of fun for the drooling retards watching him. I think he might pull in some wheelchairs with his silly faces and scat jokes but he's so lazy and burnt out he can't even keep that going for more than a couple minutes at a time. The part that kills me is how he uses "authentic Italian" and "east coast Italian" interchangeably. East coast pizza and Italian food is awesome, but its in no way authentic Italian food, and the people making it would admit as much. He rips on pizza constantly for not being authentic Italian but what he really means is it isnt east coast pizza, which isnt authentic Italian either.

Phil has never been to Italy and has no idea what authentic Italian food is. Half the Italian dishes he names off were invented in the US.

Minecraft was the perfect illustration of that, on his 3 playthroughs he built the same box house, and basically spent most of his time fishing. He never went to the end during the last playthrough despite putting 150+ hours in.

Rimwold is no different he's managing his colony as well as you'd imagine... He has the game paused most of the time while he's eye fucking chat for suggestions. He basically refuses to change the difficulty and won't explore

They really have to explain to him how what they want him to do will benefit him otherwise he won't do it.

The constant fishing slop was legit insane, and you know he glommed onto that instead of doing literally anything fun/interesting in the minecrafts because it's the one component of the game roughly analogous to pulling gacha
