Even if he got a lawyer to rep him fully in court so he wouldn't have to make an appearance (and idk if that's even allowed without some kind of medical exemption, in which case lol Phil going to a doctor), we'd all still win because then he'd be the little pig in the brick house too afraid to come out to face the Big Bad Wolf. Phil loses even if he wins any kind of lawsuit of that nature because
a) he's imagining H3H3 levels of payout when he is nowhere near H3H3 levels of views, possible revenue or notoriety (thanks to social media for giving every user easy stats on how numerated their popularity is, the Zuck gave us the social score years before China had the idea),
b) the detractor community are regular fucking people who aren't making millions of views making fun of him, so what does he expect to recoup, and

"Snack Burger" as a term really left me 404'ing. Like bro theres nothing "snack" about a burger that will make you fat. When i think of snacks i think of light foods like chips, pieces of fruit etc, small things that can be enjoyed in between meals. Really telling how this fat fuck sees food, a fucking burger as a snack. Im scared to think what he considers a full meal. The meal proportions have to be pretty fucking big, which explains why fat khet is fat and hes slowly getting fatter.

Well the Jr. Bacons are kinda small, but a "snack burger" I would think is more like a slider from White Castles if you're just gonna eat one. When I used to eat more fast food and Wendy's had the dollar menu I'd get one or 2 Jr. Bacons (or double stacks) with a 5 piece nugget and fries and that'd be lunch for under $5. Maybe I'd save a burger to eat later but I never really considered it a "snack". I was also fatter in those days (nowhere close to Khet size, but a little fatter than Phil) so take that for what it's worth.
