Here's the thing about that. Since he only has streaming as a source of revenue of course he has to use that money for his day to day life. Of course he uses that money to pay taxes. However if he has a bunch of slow streams he can always, ALWAYS, get another job. Its not like 10 slow streams automatically means he goes to prison. It doesn't automatically mean he can't get food for him, his cat, and his Kat. But the way he talks you would think it does. To him, getting an actual job is never an option. Not once did he consider they might be in a trade. No offense to anyone in a trade but that kind of work is perfect for the type of retard who whales for Phil. And it pays a lot. But this leech didn't even consider that. No. They myst have gotten lucky. No way can anyone work for their money.
Not to PL, but as someone that is in the trades, the majority of us
detest people that beg/grift for their daily bread, mostly because we tend to have to put in significant effort to receive our own. This isn't 'jealousy',
per se, but rather a disdain for those that consider themselves 'above' having to actually do work - which, last I checked, is a disdain those in that bracket feel mutually for those of us that
do actually 'have to' work. From the years spent learning the trade in question, to the long hours and arduous demands, to the idea held by the majority of people that 'anyone' could do what we do - so why do we dare to charge so much money for doing it? Aside from management (another 'money for nothing' type career, in many of our views), people who do not toil, but expect remuneration for 'just existing' (UBI, for example) are repellant to us as a general rule.
TLDR, people who come by their money through great effort hold it in far higher value than those who did not. As such, tradespeople (such as myself) would be disgusted at the very idea of Philip Burnell's 'business', and would certainly
not support it.
Also. Not only is it insane how quickly 1600$ gets memory holed but the fact that only 2 years ago he was thankful for $100 a stream means he's factually better off now with $150 a steam. Of course, in his mind he's in a new tax bracket but wasn't some Bill passed jn America that basically means all his money is his?
IMHO, as I've stated prior, people that expend great effort to procure their daily bread attribute much greater value to their dollars than someone that got it 'for nothing', as Phil does. This is further borne out by how cavalierly Phil (and similar fucksticks) spend the money they
do get, and either don't consider the possibility that others have a much harder time coming by their money, or (more accurately) don't give a shit. These types of people tend to live by the ideas of 'easy come easy go', and 'crunch all you want - we'll make more'.
