The answer isn't very interesting, sorry. Youtube just automatically transcribes what it thinks people say in their videos and PPG uses that API to search his streams. There's other sites for anyone else.

Glad he hasn't played it but kinda surprised he didn't just go right into it since Class of '09 isn't even really a game. It's just a choose your own adventure basically with a couple different routes, which I know are a type of game but it's really more the kind of thing you put a video of on in the background while doing other stuff. So basically it's Phil's perfect game.

Yeah I don't get why he's complaining, Phil loves games that have as little gameplay in them as possible so he doesn't have to even try to fill all the dead air his streams have.
