KC really didn't start this out as a gayop and tbh it still doesn't look like a gayop, it really just looks like PPP lost his shit with DSP and in particular his "3 paths" bullshit. DSP fucked up all of those things by himself, they offered him a golden opportunity to try something different and get out of his comfort zone and were incredibly patient with him. And DSP could've refused the stuff he didn't want to do in a polite way but he fucked them around, lied and made up bullshit excuses (which wasted their time) and then tried to give an ultimatum to PPP which really fucking pissed him off.
People have done things like get him to lose sponsorships or make face MCNs or contact him to sell 2nd hand items and also been deep plant trolls on his forums or even deep plant trolls as moderators or even submitted art work that included hidden pictures of his most hated detractor (Tevin) - this really wasn't a gayop and anyone who is saying it is is simply wrong. Yes, PPP gassed him up and got him to do some dumb things, but they really did give him a golden opportunity to move on from gaming (which he hates and everyone knows he has hated it for ages).

I can't go into the Bex Yonah Hernandez Gerber thread for too long, because she legit gets me mad. As much as she deserves it, I'm not gonna call CPS on her, I'm not gonna gayop her, but if she were to get John Lennon'd out of the blue, I'd break my rule about trying not to dance on people's graves, because she fucking deserves it (according to me). Even with Phil, as much as I think he deserves it, I don't want him in a cardboard box begging on the street; but downsizing and being forced to go to anything resembling a "normal job" would be universal karma, and hurt him more than any detractor could. Yes I'm waiting with baited breath for his commupence, if ever, because he does have The Devil's Luck; but at the same time, that luck came with the monkey paw, yes he's still streaming videogames as a job, but when you look at him, it's not a human. He may try to claim he's winning at life, and people are mad at the scam he's pulling, but he's also trapped. He's in a Hell of his own making, as hard as it can be to see at times, there's nothing sweeter than that.
While I'm not buying Phil's Death Note level master manipulation he claims; I wouldn't be surprised if part of it is true paranoia about stepping outside his house. The rest is his alcohol burned brain that could never identify an opportunity when presenting itself. Even if he truly believes he'll be able to pivot away from gaming (which I doubt, the only thing he's interested in is himself), gaming is the glue that holds his shit together.

I don't know if many people realize this but alcohol causes dramatic spikes in paranoia and anxiety.
Extreme alcohol use can even result in full blown psychosis, but just getting hammered every night and with what it does to your brain chemistry causes a person to become extremely anxious and paranoid over time. There is of course the "physical hangover" (headache, feeling like shit) but there's also the next 2-3 days where a person will get heightened anxiety etc.
So yeah the alcohol probably does cause him to never identify opportunities but it also very probably contributed heavily to his paranoia in the first place.

PPP was trying to get DSP to agree to an interview with him, but DSP misunderstood and said he'd call the cops. I doubt there's any plans for him to go to DSP's house.

You’re right, I was referring to another user arguing it was gayops but they really meant “SHIT GRABBING” [Your new word filter annoys me Josh] which is verbotten on KF. Null argued back that PPP and Warski are 3rd Parties.
But the point remains the same the show was rebooted, and if you wanted to see Phil at his worst and miserable the new show sucked because Phil was flushed with money.
Going back to my speculation that it is Kayfabe I do agree Phil can’t act that well. But with that said I fully believe the divorce and snakening was mutually agreed to the benefit of both parties. Why because they had two options:
1. Phil could fade into the background of KC as a written off character. Smark Guys would just be quietly cancelled. Warski and Ash chug along and Phil wallows back into obscurity.
2. They could blow everything up and a-log Phil. Phil acts like he’s the winner and he gets new Dents who want to paypig.
This explains it all, it just makes sense. It’s why Phil has a spring in his step because he’s a pig in fresh shit. Kino Casino must have broke a new record with Gundam or got close. Everyone’s A Winner.

God, we can only hope - My expectations are high from the Kino arc ending, but that happening would just be a chef's kiss.
He's shown to be too retarded to understand the concept of "willingly associating with a known criminal is bad for your brand and reputation," so there is no actual limit to the potential here, hell I'm expecting Ralph to say a slur by min. 10, that alone will be it's own entertainment.

I am surprised how quickly Ashton and PPP realized it was fruitless—three weeks. Phil is a very time-consuming cow. I imagine him as a fusion of Chris Can and Amberlynn Reid. He is as dumb as a rock, like Chris, and as lazy as Amber. Chris can make you laugh and has some endearing qualities minus the barb incident. Like Amber, Phil has a deranged fanbase that lives and breathes her because like Phil she is time-consuming.

I mean if you put it that way it's either way funnier or way sadder. It's also kind of indicative that with most lolcows even if they won the lottery nothing would change. DSP got mountains of money out of this and couldn't even buy a new washing machine.
And of course what DSP is going to take out of this all and try to use as a reason to never do anything like this again is that they betrayed his trust - he's of course never going to mention the months before that when he was making tons of money and refusing every idea they tried to get him to do.
Like all money the KC 50k will get memoryholed the next time DSP is low on funds. Everyone knows this will happen. And he'll pretend like them being patient with him and trying to work with him never happened too.

When you pour over the DM's it shows without a shadow of a doubt the man can never be helped. Even if you take away the money aspect the advice PPP was giving him was very good. He has a history of this with everyone he's trolled like RTU, Ralph and so on.
It's a total lost cause for Phil and one hell of a win for everyone who wants to laugh at him.
