What would be the chances of Philbert getting an official tism diagnosis and going down the Cobes route of "Leave me alone I'm autistic"

Phil doesn't even want to admit that he needs glasses. I doubt he'd ever admit to being diagnoses with a mental disorder.

He's undiagnosed. Back when he was a kid, they weren't really screening for autism like they do now, especially seeing as Phil likely has a lesser amount of autism. If he were to go to a doctor and be completely honest about how he thinks and functions, they'd be able to diagnose him and set him on a path to improve his mental health, but that's the thing, he'd have to be honest.

Plus we know that Phil puts off health shit till things get really bad. WPIG did a health deepdive once and the first time Phil's foot was swelling up he put that off and complained for over a month about his foot hurting and was saying it was some non-sense webmd condition. Think it was EvilAJ that first said it sounded like Gout. He denied this up and down.
