Phil said they were anonymous tips and he's been getting a lot lately. Dunno if it was just random alogs in which I hope they lose the money and Phil gets them (Don't tip the pigroast you fucking retards). Or small chance, it could be OIC doing some gay op to watch Phil squirm now that 1MM is gone.

Doubtful. That is a lot more work than just lying about it. I doubt anyone is going to go back to see if an "anonymous" tipper did 200 dollars worth of 10 dollar tips. Certainly not the dents, and those are the only people who he would care if they believe it.

Trying to navigate Tokyo is overwhelming. Apple Maps and Google maps do give you solid directions for trains and such, but that doesn't mean it is a walk in the park. Trying to get around Shinjuku station is an absolute maze, and may God help him if he finds himself in one of their (really fucking cool) underground subway stations/shopping malls.

DSP used to do his grocery shopping at night to avoid the crowd, how do you think he'd handle Shinjuku station

This is all hypothetical anyway, there's a better chance DSP beats Jaha in a fight 1v1 then step foot overseas.
