Again what's so funny about Phil is if he just wasn't an asshole, he would be set for quite a while. Was in the same genre of prominent members of the fighting game community, and just had to not do what he did and he'd be fine.

Sometimes you see glimpses of it, but he still won't accept that his own behavior is the #1 detractor. His own actions created everything that he blames. And some of it is solely his own doing (buying a house without selling the other one, CC debt, spending habits, alienating anybody who enters his orbit).

People only watching <1 minute of an hour long video is hilarious. His viewers give him the DSP Reacts treatment, barely watch and move on as fast as possible.

20k (AND RISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) of 30 seconds views is, I think he said, 3 cents. I could be remembering wrong though.
 
@johnkimble123 It was even worse he admittedly said the average watch time was 30 seconds and that was with people skipping around. People stayed for not even 1/120th of your content and he is gaslighting himself that its successful.

and yes 3 cents for all that success. TRULY WE CAN REWARD KHET WITH THE HONEYMOON OF HER DREAMS!!!!!

I haven't played this but I watched a little bit of another streamer fighting a boss that looked a lot easier and he was near the start of the game. Was Phil doing the same thing as Elden Ring where he bashes his head against a difficult optional challenge right at the start of the game for way, way, way longer than anyone in his audience wants to see just so he can act like he's good at video games when he eventually scrapes out a lucky win?

Edit: Some quick research shows that yes, he did not need to be fighting that boss and he was totally pulling the same move he did with his first Elden Ring playthrough.

I remember he had a huge rant about not needing to prove how big his E-penis was by fighting tough bosses underleved before he even played it. I thought he was going to use that as an excuse to never have a challenging fight. But he did end up making his build around using the tree sentinels weapon so it's likely he read a guide or got handheld early into a low effort faith build.
 
I cannot believe that the man who cannot be bothered to get a high end pc to capture gameplay with the max resolution and graphics, is a weirdo lonely whom the idea of "raw gameplay, no bullshit" is fucking around in menus, do not pay attention in tutorials and then complain like a little child when he cannot do a basic thing and think that sing is good way to fill the silence in a game can't hold viewers.
 
It's just like Dark Souls, dood! No wait, it's just like Elden Ring!

This fucking mongoloid is using the same tactic of "running your head into a wall until it breaks" as those games, with the same results. And of course, the dent army rewards him for it.
