A dark yellowish tongue can be, and often is, a sign of poor oral hygiene which Philip surely has. In very rare cases it could be a sign of diabetes or a condition called jaundice, which is a condition that causes yellowing of the eyes and/or skin. A funny note, jaundice is a condition that may be a sign of liver problems, need I say more lads?
I think it's most likely that he has awful oral hygiene, and he just ate some awful food which caused him to have a shit coloured tongue.

Also looks a lot like dehydration which is fucking hilarious since that basically confirms that bottle doesn’t have water in it. If it’s not booze then it’s definitely filled with some sugary shit.

Also Phil, regarding the story of why you're late: stop trying to be funny, because you're not. The idea when someone tries to inject humour into a story is to know when to back off. If you stay with something too long (as you did), it no longer becomes funny. Then again, the story about the cartel owners finding you out wasn't funny at all. So don't even try.
But hey, I'll give you points for finally figuring out how to shave again. Now if only you'd figure out that it's time for you to retire that thing you call a goatee.

Wow, what do you mean not being sarcastic isn't funny? You mean like right now? That really upsets me, it really does.

I would point out to him that he shouldn't imply he has no food when I know he's not meaning to, but there's no point because he's a fucking idiot and doesn't listen.
I'm starting to think reality is seeping into his speech these days. It's like part of his brain knows those tips from yesterday are already gone, and can't help letting that out when he begs. Makes sense when you factor in that Phil has no plan beyond "beg for and then spend money every day". He's not saving up, he's not running a long con that will end with him in the Bahamas being serviced by hot hookers. Maybe he's not deliberately leaving mention of that money out, or forgetting it, but unintentionally acknowledging that it vanishes as soon as he gets it? He acts like he doesn't have any money from yesterday because he legit doesn't.
