I can't decide what I would prefer, for this situation to be one where OIC is drawing even more attention to how Phil's rules are dictated by the highest bidder, or one where OIC is having a fake hissy fit with himself, and STILL drawing all that attention to how Phil's sense of fair play is up for sale.

This is why I'm not mad about OIC's presence, he's as much of a loser as Phil, and having them together will always inevitably create hilarity. Keep it up, Cuck. Show everybody that because you pay the pigroach so much, you get your way, no matter how much of an asshole you are.

He probably got put in a slightly higher tier in the matchmaking. This happens with Dave all the time, he'll do good in a multi-player game for a bit against noobs, the game puts him in a higher tier, and then he gets destroyed cause he sucks against anyone who has a clue what they're doing. Basically he yo-yo's back and forth between the intro tier and the next one up where the game expects you had learned to think about what you're doing and not just run right out into the open and get shot.

Remember that time when Phil was playing COD and claimed the matchmaking was broken and they only way to 'reset' it was to lose a bunch of games in a row? So he started openly throwing games on purpose to lower his MMR. That was pretty funny.

I have no idea what you are talking about. Phil is running a fair, chill and inclusive streaming busines. He will crack down hard on derailment, doxxing or any such things and OIC will NOT get special treatment.

Phil responded to a comment on his daily wrap, which suggested he should have banned both Kevin and OIC, saying that "This behavior will not be tolerated from either party moving forward".

Funny how it's a "no dahxing allowed, banned on sight" policy until the person doing the doxxing is the guy who carries most streams. Then suddenly there's leniency and tons of excuses. What a slimy fuck Phil is.

Rising Thunder, and yeah, was originally made by Seth Killian (old school SF guy) and the Cannon Brothers. It got bought out by Riot and then shelved before making it into Beta. While I don't know Phil's opinion, I can theorize. It was the first fighting game (that I know of) that offered one-button special moves w/cool down timer (much like how Gran Blue Fantasy: Versus has); so it's very simplistic in that regard. Outside of that, you can just play a track of his usual "no skill, gimmick, bull-shit" stuff he says about other games.

Phil has always had it against Cannon, all because he made GGPO and Rollback Netcode and diminished Phil's lag excuses. Cannon exposed Phil's lack of Super Turbo skill when ST HD Remix came out, and he never let that go.

I'm actually relieved he isn't playing it. I wanted to try my hand at a TIHYDP of that game if he played it, but at the same time I was conflicted by the fact that a TIHYDP would inevitably result in a boost in attention for Phil.
