Every week this year, I look more and more forward to Phail's day off. It's just been really exhausting seeing a man baby lie about lifting and lie to his viewers. It was funny at first but it's seriously grating. At least the wings drama has been ramping up to what I hope is a major crash-out and hopefully an exodus of all his whales. Fuck this guy.

That's always what I've heard, and I just know from experience that things he accuses others of he's likely doing himself. I think that's why he hates when people reveal tech online. When he was at his peak FGC talent he was in a time when tech wasn't widely available. As far as I can tell his entire strategy is learning things that other players don't know how to defend against, which is less common with the advent of the internet. I mean look at Super Turbo, everyone hated it and even boycotted it, but Phil saw that as an opportunity to stand out in a relatively smaller pool of players. It's not about a test of knowledge and reflexes, or enjoyment of the game, it's all about winning at any cost for him. Imagine the state of a 43-year-old man that derives value in himself from winning in a fighting game, hooooly shit dude.

By far the most damning shit he still does to this day is downplaying Blanka. Just refuses to admit he was always top tier and barely got hit with shit since the game came out. A Blanka swept the first Evo it got introduced too.

Phil is a tier whore who will also run to the weird broken character that he can use to beat casuals but still get destroyed by anybody with a brain (as they know how to beat the broken shit more likely than not).

It's also why he hates that there are videos online that teach people about the broken characters. He was so happy to beat people in MVC2 using Magneto/Tron/Hood because casuals don't know that Tron's assist is OP and don't know that Hood's super does massive chip damage (and massive damage overall), and he can seal clap about how good he is.

Don't forget he acts like this in COD... cries about SBMM as if he's so good that it affects him. No Phil, you happen to face brain dead teams sometimes and run off a good game or 2. Congrats, you're not special.

Anybody who says he's a good SF player needs to realize this too. People who pick up the game and practice and learn about how the mechanics work can stomp him regularly. Phil's only Ws in SF6 are either vs casual players who are unskilled, casual players who do not know how to counter what Phil does but can still take a round or a match here and there, and better players who make mistakes (the same sort of thing Phil blames the game for but rarely acknowledges that he got lucky to win because they do a wrong input or drop a combo).

It's even worse, he's like that with everything in his life.
  • Dual streaming in kick and youtube, he didn't hit the checkbox and had to be reminded MULTIPLE TIMES he need to check it.
  • During the bankruptcy he obviously put some personal expenses on his business, thus commiting fraud.
  • When he tried to claim he never falsely claim anyone on youtube and then showed he did in fact claimed people.
  • The whole "that was still an answer" rant he did when Craig accused him of lying.
  • His constant lies about anything you can verify on pigpiggo

If there's a thing he can do to game the system/cheat you'll be sure he'll try it.

His whole personality is about getting cheap wins and stroking his ego as if he worked hard for them .
 
Weekly Money breakdown

DSP had a stream week of shifting funds for Tips and Youtube side support. The Tips were up quite bit for the first time in weeks. However, the Super Chats which were DSP's most consistent revenue stream dipped by a few hundred dollars. There was also a slight increase in the Memberships but I wouldn't consider it an abnormal spike. When you think about the Super Chats and how they appear to be from Sock Accounts, it seems like the Whale(s) behind them shifted the money from Super Chats to Tips for the week - hello Team Anon! I guess the finite pot of money was shifted around for their Daddy because the Kick support that DSP was clearly relying on to replace Tips collapsed. That's actually pretty pathetic.

While the Tips and Youtube side support seems to be re-balanced by Team Anon and the Whales, the Kick support sputtered out. This is probably one of DSP's worst weeks for Kick Bits and Subs since coming on to the platform. Some might then say "well, what happened last week? DSP did decent on Kick." Sure, you had Lexus limp in like a tard and randomly dropping a failed 220 meme amount due to a miscount and vanishing again. That makes the week an outlier when looking at the last few weeks. If you boil it down, you have the person managing the "Lance" account and UrFutureStepDad with a small number of auto-resubs going off with a few randos throwing Kick Bits. In other words, the Tips replacement is failing and you're hearing DSP bitch weekly about Kick support, saying how it is slow and he doesn't know what is going on. Such wording might as well be called Whale speak and they reacted finally by shifting Super Chat funds into Tips this week. This certainly gave him more accessible funds to use and filled the void left by Kick for a week. However, that doesn't change the fact that the overall revenue is in a downward trend. It makes me wonder if this pattern will be seen again next week?

What stood out to me this week is DSP's urge to start pushing Begathons and to get them aligned for his Birthday Begathon and we got a new DSP Tries It while he is spending stupidly. His Birthday is months away yet he's now talking about it while trying to setup Begathons in February and March which reeks of desperation to me. Did he get an early preview of his upcoming Tax Bill and he realizes he's possibly fucked? At the same time, he's starting DSP Tries It again yet they appear to garner little to no support on the stream and they aren't backed by money from goals. It doesn't help that he is spending frivolously on bullshit and is probably stacking payment plans galore, especially those Affirm plans offered on Amazon. I sometimes wonder if he's using Klarna on Door Dash because that would make his situation even more hilarious. Just to add, I'm in the camp that Bankruptcy 2.0 is inevitable. We can see the Dolphins are more or less extinct while Kick Support is drying up. If the shrinking pool of Whales are unable to continue to cover DSP's deteriorating revenue, it will get more amusing as 2026 continues. I'm sure Gimmicks and Goals are in the back of DSP's mind, possibly returning with "uh, I got a lot of messages saying I should bring them back and I'm going to do it because you asked." Of course, that will just be the Greed Goblin finally breaking through.

Final thoughts about the week, DSP is really being forced to frequently stall for money for the non-existent goals that clearly exist. This is leading to longer and longer OT that must be really annoying him, especially when no one coughs up the money and it ends up as a missed goal. And those long looping stalls with a missed goal lead to extensive slideshows running, possibly to express his annoyance. I think PPP said it best a few months ago, DSP is mad that his real supporters make him grovel and "work" for the money. Now he has to be subtle with the begging and not talk goals which might be costing him money after his Asmongold talk in November. I wonder when he'll walk it back? DSP has made random comments towards Asmongold which I think is DSP laying the groundwork to one day shit on him. I guess if support continues the downward trend - especially with all the IRL stuff going on - maybe we'll see things change sooner rather than later, possibly with Goals returning and then Gimmicks. I can't wait for him to eat shit when he brings them back.

I love those weekly income breakdowns, but I still hate when specific whales get named shout outs. They’d disappear if they got lumped together into a ball or just redacted, I don’t think Phil has any or many whales who currently unironically like his content, it’s all just pay to be a part of the drama.

I'm surprised that Phil went basically hands off with moderation on the xitty (twitter) of all places.
It's unbelievable how basically almost every reply is universally shitting on him in the most insulting and demeaning way possible yet he still has no shame about trying to act like he's the king snake.
