There’s a mega autist in Phil’s chat called EvaCowboyFan who is constantly trying to get Phil to watch trailers for Digimon and ween visual novels. He may have feigned interest to get him to shut up about it.
Shame, I would of liked to see him try a Digimon game, those games aren't hard but they are way harder than the pokemon games, and we all saw him struggle with pokemon.
Digimon World Dusk would have been a funny playthrough. If he plays Time stranger(GOD PLEASE NO NOOOOO) It has been added with some nice QoL additions that makes the game less grindy, like evolving on the go instead of having to go to a specific place and talking with Mirei. I feel he would be overwhelmed with how many digimon are in the game and make some faggy jokes about certain digimons while looking away if minervamon or ladydevimon is on screen.
Oh he'd have a field day seeing Sukamon for the first time, cringing just from thinking about it.
He watched a trailer and it had very mild fan-service so he decided against it.
Podcasts have been pretty good tbh he just keeps saying total fucking retarded shit. Today he is just flip flopping back and forth on a bunch of shit and blaming his awffice job on why he got out of shape because he put a lot of a cream and sugar in his coffee. Also he is upset there are no big movies to talk about even though he doesn't watch movies but on a positive note he can get up from his chair without pain now.
It's still a bit surreal that the bbc lives rent free in his giant head and has managed to put him in this strange, almost mid-life crisis like saga with the wardrobe change, fake gymbro act, etc. I'm sure there's also the lingering influence of the kino boy exes and kat leaving (ALLEGEDLY!)
He's activated all of his "dormant muscles" from 25 years ago by doing a few sets of dumbbell curls.
