It would be interesting to see it happen live since the benchmark for a "beginner" when it comes to squats is three/five reps of their body weight, advanced should be 1.5 to 2x their body weight. Benching is different as a beginner should be able to bench half their body weight at the start and end at benching two times their weight for advanced levels.
