So apparently Larson was found to be still batshit insane and will continue to be held in the psych ward apparently. Anyone know how one would go about getting his psych evaluation files because I have to wonder what kind of shit they've got on the page to get a judge to say "he's showing zero signs of getting remotely sane enough to put on trial".

My guess is the batshit test didn't turn out well and they want a mulligan. Not sure what the defense strategy is, i.e. whether they're trying to keep him from trial indefinitely or they actually want to move forward.
In any event they didn't get the result they wanted and are rerolling.

I recently learned something interesting about schizos with comorbid autism.
Schizos who don’t have a lot of other problems often learn how to hide their schizophrenia pretty well. Even when they’re unmedicated or undermedicated, they realize the hallucinations are probably fake and that nobody wants to hear about them. They learn through re-enforcement that bad shit happens when they bring it up. Job loss, relationship troubles, legal troubles, psychiatric holds, forced medications etc. Plus after so many times the hallucinations can get to be like scary movie or a bad dream.
Autistic people have trouble understanding unwritten social rules. Of course they can also learn to act like normal human beings. They can also be way too blunt and will say whatever is on their mind.
Autism and schizophrenia is a bad mix. And throw in Daniel being retarded, abused, a pedo, and TikTokbrained and it just gets worse.
So what I’m saying is, Daniel is extra fucked because of his autism. A normal schizo who had threatened to bomb Joe Biden could probably figure out that they’re going to be stuck in a federal hospital if they stay committed to the bit, but could probably get out if they just listen to their lawyer. Daniel is probably still talking about Grace and Bob in front of the psychiatrists who determine if he can stand trial and get out using the tard defense.
It’s gonna be a while.
