In developed countries I read they use very high doses of antipsychotics. They make you very sleepy and very hungry. This is why people are reporting Mr Larson is fatter now, that is also why BossManJack became nice and PLUMP on past stays in jail.

I mentioned before there are long acting injectable antipsychotics too that can last 1-3 months and makes compliance a lot more tenable.
