Happens a ton. A guy I went to school with back in the day stabbed a gas station clerk, got probation, then violated probation and went to prison. In theory, he would only have had to deal with 4 years in prison but he ended up doing 6 because he kept getting into fights and getting caught with weapons by the COs. Karmelo might be fine if he ends up in a lower security prison, but Texas doesn't take 1st Degree Murder charges lightly.

I think we all knew this was coming, but what a crushing blow for Chud. His attempted murder case gets a $1M bond that someone will pay for him. Judge denies motion to increase or revoke bond for his open harassment case. Ultimately, he will be held in jail without bond for the next year or two for Dine&Dashing while white(ish).

It's not true that the judge saw a video of Chud shooting first. Just retards on X making up whatever as usual. The judge isn't even presiding over the shooting case, it's over the other stuff he was charged with before the shooting.
They did however go over some of his insane social media clips and that seems to be major impetus for the judge denying bond, because she undoubtedly sees him as a community risk.
