Yeah, that's why I don't think his self-defense case holds water. Most courthouses, even the super podunk ones, have metal detectors and require you to go through a search. They also don't typically have a place for you to check in your firearms. So, either, Chud somehow concealed his firearm and got into the courthouse with it, or he had to go back to his truck to go and get the firearm. Depending on how that interaction went, if Chud had started in on Fox then left the confrontation to go get his firearm from his vehicle and then came back we're now no longer in any sort of self-defense territory.
