know that if he withdraws from a conflict he started and made it clear that he didn't any trouble that he can defend himself. I'm saying:
1. I haven't see any indication that that was the case unless some video/audio has been released since I last saw this thread.
2. I don't think it would be particularly difficult convincing a jury that calling someone a nigger and asking them if they're going to chimp out counts as provocation. Chud's own social media shows that he clearly understand his actions are provocative and that he believed he would end up shooting someone because of it. If you were his attorney, how confident would you be arguing that he is not a provocateur?
